Feeling really down ,I always want this time of year to be special for my children and grandchildren but just feel so sad 😢 watching this does make me happy though x
I don't "do" Christmas as I'm in my 70s single with no family at all. It is very hard to ignore however. I try to avoid the shops as much as possible as otherwise I get overwhelmed with sadness. I so wish I had children/grandchildren to see it through their eyes, but we don't always have the life we want. Treasure your family, so precious. ❤
I always have a base of gold baubles on my tree, but then I switch out the main colour with a couple of coloured baubles I’m using dark red this year, I only bought 8 baubles in the red and then bought red ribbon. That way it’s cheaper to change out the colour scheme if you want to. I love a home bargains haul. The stuff is beautiful this year 🥰

I went to home bargains in northen ireland. Got a nice small cosmetic fridge and few small bits . The best shop ever. Good vilog carly can't wait for next one.
Love looking round Home Bargains, we are lucky in Chester as we have three. I don't have a theme on my tree but buy individual baubles just because I like them and always buy a new decoration each year. Really enjoyed your Christmas haul xx
