Love your channel & your voice Lucie, thank you 💕 lots of things have helped me along the way, but a biggie is "see yourself as a Spiritual Being _with_ a physical body" ie we are Vibrational Energy Beings having a temporary human experience; our bodies are _inside_ this being (not a person stuck inside a body)...therefore we must protect our Energies first, our *peace* is paramount (and everything positive that we want to manifest comes _from_ this peace, with a heart full of love & a mind full of positivity....We manifest *_already_* anyways. The issue is that we're manifesting what we _don't_ want because we're afraid, sad, angry, anxious or depressed and we're focussing on or thinking/ dreaming/ worrying about negative things & everything that _could_ go wrong (when we're not even trying to manifest, its just there). Then we try to _force_ positive manifestions when we're not in the right frame of mind or with the right energy. If we focus on our peace we will *_naturally & automatically_* create positive things, ideas & visions will just flow like the river 🕉💝🙏
