I haven't had cauliflower in ages, and I saw this video yesterday before going to the store and would you look at that, cauluflower was on sale! The slices are in the oven as we speak and I just made the marinade. I used double the amount of garlic, a tbsp of brown sugar, lemon juice, a bit of soy sauce and the tiniest amount of vegemite, as I didn't have date syrup or balsamic vinegar. For the spices I added smoked paprika, cumin and a bit od cinnamon and it turned out incredible. ♡ Can't wait to brush it onto the cauliflower and eat it! Lovely video tho! Can see myself making the ravioli as soon as possible as well! ♡
I’m personally was so happy when you said you made it vegan. I still watch food videos like these regardless but it was a real pleasure when you said that because I could actually fantasize about eating it- and ideas of what to cook!!

Lol, while the Twilight series was a bit cheesy (especially in terms of some dialogue) along with some hits and misses in the movies, I still liked it because it put an interesting modern twist on the Vampire genre. So this video peaked my interest. Can't wait to check out your recipes! I think you started something here.
