That is an impressive system. I tried buying parts from different companies before and one part (charger voltage) not being the one I ordered messed up the whole thing. It is better to have it all done by one company for sure.
All I can say is I'm glad you're building an aluminum boat instead of fibreglass after seeing what happened to La Vagabonde. All the best. Can't wait until you drop it in the water.
Plukky, love you like a brother. Watching you paddle upstream in the face of all these ups and downs, cjasing around the world, Greece a dead end and you did not give up. Expense, expense and more expense before you found these expert craftsmen in Veitnam. In addition to the column of heros there is a need for a column of sponsors. Those companies that support you now will have a public relations bonanza when you sail the Elcano. God sees you, Peter.
Awesome to see what RoyPow has to offer, things are looking good on that front, and congrats. Great story about your uncle, I suspect we've all those fishing experiences now and again. It great to see you out and about, with all your have going on you need some down time. Top stuff!
If I can only make your progress faster so I can see the wide ocean again, I will do it Plucky. Missing the jolly Plucky surrounded with corals and fishes. Best Luck Captain.
I am neither shocked or dismayed when hearing the word erratic on this channel Plukky, we've been here before. Nice to see you out in search of serenity. Batteries and the gear that goes with them is a game changer for those of who have anxiously followed the progress of your boat. I hope you find a companion to share the ups and downs of this project with you Plukky.
Wow, nicely inspired, nicely designed and nicely built, battery system. Set and forget. Fishing dude is cool. All the best Plukk. Shoutout to your boatbuilder guys who are doing a damn fine job on your project. Well done all 'round.
If you notice this notice, you will notice that this notice is not worth noticing.There. That will help keep you afloat, as will the Odisea, I expect. Greetings from down under.
Great to see how your getting on tjis battery system looks impresive. My Grandad was the one who could read the encironment and be in tje right place for a catch every time.
Hay mate great to see the power is sorted. what type of sola panels are you going to use I see there is some new stuff out which workes when shaded slightly.
Yes, plenty are now wired internally to reduce this. It’s not as simple as branding, even certain brands are implementing in newer lines. Looking forward to the unveiling.
Nice video Peter. And the battery system ROYPOW I have never heard of and there is most like hundred of battery systems out there that most of us don't know about. I do agree though to keep everything as one company ROYPOW instead of multi companies when installing the battery system. Yea I was wondering what in the HELL happened to you as haven't seen you for weeks multiple weeks. Good to have you back mate. Oh and your boat builders getting into tight spaces well if they go to the RED LIGHT district of their tow/city they'll have a hard time finding a tight space to get into. Just saying Looking forward to next video
Awww schucks i like your bias...i am just an ordinary guy that's a bit quirky here and there with a joke or 2 thrown in. I dont think there is too much impressive stuff going on....if there was i wouldnt be single ha ha 😅
I would have guessed electric motor and hardware. Excellent battery setup. I too have seen wills UA-cam which is surprising seeing I don't check many out. Congrats so happy for you!😊
My uncle Tommy was the fisherman, like your uncle... Four of us in the boat, Tommy has his limit, and working on ours... Weather got bad, so we found a beach. Tommy's pulling one in before I've cast out. I'm setting up my rod holder, and asked Tommy to hold the rod, while I set up the holder... ...5 seconds later Tommy says, "Hey, you've got one on..." ...yeah, right, "I" have one on.? Limit is 6 trout. End of day, Tommy 17, us other four filled the quota with 7... ....WE WERE SITTING SIDE BY SIDE ON THE BEACH, AND TOMMY IS IN THE MIDDLE!?!?!?!!?
It's coming together nicely. If you can get permission to do your editing in a walkin freezer you will then know what I'm working with. Wonderful news Captain! Bloody beauty!
Plucky I hope you have been paying attention to Curiosity's latest woes with stray current. Sounds devastating and worth looking into before you splash the new boat.
Dye penetration is more accurate. A cold weld can still fail to leak, fatigue and corrosion follow, structural failure. This shop is professional procedure. I’ve never seen an aluminum boat manufacturer do it before.
@braithmiller Dye penetration is another of the five NDT Techniques. Visual Liquid Penetrant Radiography Eddy Current Ultrasonic Brian, of Delos, said the other methods were too expensive for their budget. They chose visual and liquid penetrant using water not Dye. I'll wager Dan of Stradbroke Yachts in Brisbane, Australia welding skills up against others. Heck, even Plucky said the reason he didn't build in Australian (his home country) was cost. I wish both Delos and Plucky success.
Nothing but quality. Beautiful location. Roypow sure looks the system to have
That RoyPow gear looks great! Top stuff, Plukky.
Hi Peter, im just commenting to comment on the coolest sailing into freedom show there is 🤠
Ha...i like your bias
RoyPow lithium battery all in one plug & play.... nice!
That RoyPow battery system looks like an amazing bit of kit.
awesome! RoyPow has some good reviews for their 12V models and having everything made by one manufacturer will reduce the headaches quite a bit.
Have they made fire extinguisher for lithium batteries
Wow that's some serious amount of kit there... Well done to Roypow for sponsoring you.
Roybow! Beauty quality staff!!! Nice move from they!!!👍👌☺️✌️
Thats a great leap foreward in lithium systems. Will share this one with my brother who's in that game and currently replacing a hip.
Mr Pucky ... You just keep on getting it done !! Stay the course !!! YOU ROCK
That is an impressive system. I tried buying parts from different companies before and one part (charger voltage) not being the one I ordered messed up the whole thing. It is better to have it all done by one company for sure.
Well Done RoyPow. Will knows!
Wow ! What an awesome boat it’ll be when completed , 3 cheers to you mate.
All I can say is I'm glad you're building an aluminum boat instead of fibreglass after seeing what happened to La Vagabonde. All the best. Can't wait until you drop it in the water.
Better bent than broken certainly. Also knowing you’re completely grounded.
Let me guess……………it’s your electrical system. And yes, Will Prowse is the ultimate authority on this.
Plukky, love you like a brother. Watching you paddle upstream in the face of all these ups and downs, cjasing around the world, Greece a dead end and you did not give up. Well said! :o)
Plucky!!!!!!!!!! I see you got the new shipment of pineapples!
It almost looks like the customs problems have been solved.
Great progress, Plukky!
No they still take up a huge amount of time
RoyPow? Awesome! Its great to see the action returned by the Vietnam craftsmen.
Lookin’ good!
Well done RoyPow!

Loved the serenity reference. Reminded me of the classic movie the castle. Loving the progress plucky
Most excellent! Nothing but quality peepole.
Ah the serenity of it all .... and when your aluminium castle is built you'll be able to enjoy that serenity every day 🤞
Great to see the progress, exciting times! My wife said she could tell the build is taking a toll on you, lol. Hang in there, it will be worth it.
WOW! FECKING WOW! Good on you sport.
glad it is coming together can't wait till it hits the water
Fantastic gear! Very exciting! Great job Plukky !
Hopefully, this means the customs issues are finally getting resolved! Congratulations!
No...it took a month just for the RoyPow stuff but more problems are coming
Awesome to see what RoyPow has to offer, things are looking good on that front, and congrats. Great story about your uncle, I suspect we've all those fishing experiences now and again. It great to see you out and about, with all your have going on you need some down time. Top stuff!

Thank you, RoyPow. Looks like the perfect system.
Wow, nicely inspired, nicely designed and nicely built, battery system. Set and forget. Fishing dude is cool. All the best Plukk. Shoutout to your boatbuilder guys who are doing a damn fine job on your project. Well done all 'round.
Right bait, jig, hook, line, placement. Similar to RoyPow it’s just a great safe setup. So glad they came on board.
Good on you Braith - one of my trusty advisers right here people. Top stuff
Congrats on the sponsor. #Roypow for the win 👍
Its great seeing you again!
Good, you are back. Been missing you. You've got style
Better get the heavy duty hammock if you are thinking of a mixed 3 and 1 system.
If you notice this notice, you will notice that this notice is not worth noticing.There. That will help keep you afloat, as will the Odisea, I expect. Greetings from down under.
Can't wait to see you on the water.
lovely bit of kit!!
Peter, thanks for sharing 😁. We’d love to hear how we can continue to meet your expectations.
Kudos on the build. I’ve never trusted a sealed pack more.
Nice. Good job, RoyPow!
I think it's safe to say that if Will says something is good then he ain't being paid to say it.
I think he likes breaking stuff.
GREAT EPISODE!!
Excellent work getting that awesome sponsorship deal, and congratulations to all involved.
RoyPow looks good and look easy to set up .
Peter is a hardworking person, hope Peter is more and more successful in youtube
Peter is just a man. It is his icon Plukky that needs our support.
Lots of boxes to open up the battery warehouse, lol. Looks good.
So happy to hear you got some kick a** batteries 😅🤗💞
Sweet! Looking very charged. 👍
Love it, Love it. Love it!!
Great to see how your getting on tjis battery system looks impresive. My Grandad was the one who could read the encironment and be in tje right place for a catch every time.
Good to see things are moving forward top stuff
Gosh I'm juvenile...or just old. At 5:26 I couldn't help but look for the Klingon!
Klingons would have to get past security first.
Hi Plukky I was going to send you a four pack of rechargeable AA batteries but you seem to be sorted. Great stuff! 🙂
I was wondering what you've been up to. I thought this morning I hadn't heard from you in a minute, then there is this exciting stuff.
Powerful News. With all that power you'll be able to keep your crew happy and comfy.
Could a frig be in your future
You do have a better half Plukky, his names Bart lol
Yes but his bikini line is woeful
Nice video Peter. And the battery system ROYPOW I have never heard of and there is most like hundred of battery systems out there that most of us don't know about. Battery up mate! Almost didn't recognize the new dew. Good for you and the local female population.
Good to see work moving forward. Keeping the cashflow going is a big thing.
Batteries, by the weight. You are almost there.
It's said " never meet your heros", but I bet you'd be realy cool to handout with on a daily basis.
Top stuff peepol!
Awww schucks i like your bias...i am just an ordinary guy that's a bit quirky here and there with a joke or 2 thrown in. I dont think there is too much impressive stuff going on....if there was i wouldnt be single ha ha 😅
Loving the electrics, that is great.
Thousands of ever-ready batteries.
Awesome system, ought to be all the power you'll need
Great progress
I would have guessed electric motor and hardware. Excellent battery setup. I too have seen wills UA-cam which is surprising seeing I don't check many out. Congrats so happy for you!😊
You've always had a nack for displaying beauties on the channel. That's some sexy batteries!
thats great work mate

That's my uncle
We use PVC pipes too! Keeps ya busy sometimes. Other times, you could just sleep! 😂😂😂😂
It's coming together nicely. If you can get permission to do your editing in a walkin freezer you will then know what I'm working with. Wonderful news Captain! Bloody beauty!
If Will Prowse was any more excited, you'd have had to slap an "R" rating on this video.
Things are really coming together!
Top stuff. Have you considered a power distribution system like Delos are doing?
Great vid - more personal - 👍
Well done. How long till the boat is finished?
awesome! well done!
Damn!! Those batteries look heavy! 😆
Good luck getting those plugs through a boat.
It’s been planned on. Watch for the installation later. The localization of components at the motors resolves most of issue you assume.
Plucky I hope you have been paying attention to Curiosity's latest woes with stray current. Sounds devastating and worth looking into before you splash the new boat.
Awesome 👍, I thought it was a coffee machine
Coming a long 👍
The stuff of topness
battery system in the shed. Yahoooo!!
Comment.. I love this channel. Heck yeah Plucky. Good on ya mate.
Cool, batteries.
Love that system, uses cables. Have you seen the uninsulated busbars delos used? An accident waiting to happen there. KaBoom!
Some of us would rather see everyone be safe so the technology is well accepted.
Looking Nice!
OOoo power... I built my 48v system.... you won't have to do that!!
...wait.. only three?
When you get ready to test your welds will you fill the cat. with water like Delos?
Thanks for the Roy Pow intro.
