+S Oussama SSS is secondary synchronization symbol which represents the sector group of a cell whereas tracking area is grouping of cells together for a particular area.
+Prem Chandran In LTE there are 100 resource blocks and each resource block has 12 subcarriers, so there are 1200 Subcarriers for 20 MHz bandwidth. Hope this clear your doubts.
She made a mistake. In fact, each Resource Block consists of 12 subcarrier of 15KHz (so Total bandwidth is 180KHz) in frequency domain and spans 0.5ms(7 OFDM symbols) in the time domain. So 20MHz total bandwidth after deducting 2MHz guard band from two ends of the spectrum gives 18MHz useful bandwidth. 18MHz(total carrier bandwidth) divided by 180KHz ( each resource block bandwidth) gives 100 Resource Blocks spanning 0.5ms. In addtion, LTE schedules the radio resources by unity of 2 consecutive resources blocks in the time domain, so 2 resource block slot = 0.5ms * 2 = 1ms, which is the time of one subframe. And then 10 subframes form a frame of 10ms which is call TTI(Transmit Time Interval) during which different types of Transmit Blocks will be transmitted according to predefined MCS(Modulation and Coding Scheme).
I really like the way the concepts are explained. I would like to learn more. Can I get access to all the lectures (if any) please? I am a student and looking forward to learn these concepts.
THANK YOU!
Valiable but at middle voice disturbance
Thanks
Hi Telecoma Technology can u upload a video of lte call flow.
thanks in advance. ..
good concept provided regarding lte but in between video your voice is not clear need to correct it.
please what is a difference between SSS representing the physical layer cell identity group, and the tracking area ?
+S Oussama SSS is secondary synchronization symbol which represents the sector group of a cell whereas tracking area is grouping of cells together for a particular area.
+TELCOMA Training so that means TA (tracking area) contains several SSS ? and each SSS contains three PSS (sectors) ?
In 7:56, its said maximum is 1200 RBs, whereas in another video it is being said that the max is 100 RBs. Please rectify
+Prem Chandran it should be 100

should be 100RB for 20MHz bandwidth
It is 100 RBs

Hi telecom can you uploade a video of power on procedure
practical software video upload ? tems DT etc
