Nah Selena is far from broken. Just some new mechanics. And she is finaly able to clear minions. But deffinetly not broken, you still need to be skilled to play selena.

I just realized that Lou yi can also counter Alice at a certain point if Lunox is not banned. You just need a good front tank.

The only broken heroes now are alice and lunox, barats can be countered with true damage, hp based damage, new war axe, defense reduction like dyrroth, and also he falls off late game, he needs balancing too, his ult cc is strong, but overall he's not broken, his durability also decreased bcs of heal remove from ult, selena is just previous selena but much more comfortable, nothing broken.
