Wowza. Pile 1 hit DEEP with the father wounds, thank you soooooo much to you and my guides, I love you all. ♾️
Pile 1 : Sounds true, I have realized the core wounding years ago and I am aware of the unmet needs, still I don´t seem to have transcended any of it, feeling stuck and as if nothing will ever change, so much inner work, and still... I feel I have reached rock bottom, lots of crying
I know that’s a tough one but it’s a process that goes from the mental space of ‘realizing the core wound on a mental level’ down to the emotional space and sometimes even the physical body since we also store trauma in our bodies. So it’s a multilevel process and yes it can sometimes take years to go through it. I think what is key is to connect to the version of you who has experienced the core wound and allow that version to express itself. It’s ok to cry, crying is energy release and maybe the crying is already the version of you that has experienced the core trauma. Connect to it and offer your love, compassion and patience. Journaling can be of help and allows you to connect. Hope that helps ✨

Pile 2 you’re so spot on it’s actually a career change. I want to leave my past behind but I’m so afraid of people looking at past instead of who I am now. I have been through so much and want so much better for myself. I could have have it all but I was taking care of others than myself. I have isolated my self for almost 7 months taking one day of time.

Picked 3 resonated with what I’m working on: cord cutting, generational money karma stagnant lifestyle , and feeling like the black sheep, but my issue with them is that it’s not physical in the 3D issues with my family; it’s very 5D telepathic feelings, emotions, guilt, and shame I feel whenever I’m around them. It’s so hard to confront since it’s telepathically, and I wish there’s a way to block it.
I’m sorry to hear that, it sounds like you’re working through ancestral bloodline trauma. I’m not quite sure there is a way to block it but working with your guides would be helpful since it’s a 5D healing, they would be the ones to assist you in working through this. If there is a way to block it, your spirit guides would be the ones to help you with that. Hope things will be better soon for you ✨
