I think it's kind of funny that the Elnina line in English is a cheesy/funny pick-up line but a subtle, shy way of saying, "I love you, say it back" in Japanese. It will be interesting to see how this difference in characterization lines up with the overall writing of the character.
7:21 You can see dialogue sort of like this in the game files. From what I can tell, the weird bits in the text control things like pauses, character portraits, and line breaks. There might be something interesting to learn from the formatting here. As an example, the “Inferno, Inferno” dialogue is formatted consistently with shop dialogue, likely to be found in that box to the right of the main one, if the “&” is a line break. Probably not in the tiny box though, since those use # for line breaks instead of &.
I really like this style of short blurbs breaking down the interesting information and your impressions, with cuts in-between. No need to read out everything and it keeps the energy up at all times. Since I mentioned it below the last video, this time Noelle's Japanese writing doesn't use Kanji - that's the way it should be in the light world, in contrast to her Sweepstakes blog. I still wonder if it was an accident or intentional. I don't really see the intention, but it's very unusual to make such a mistake, as they are usually so thorough about this. Speaking of Japanese: The dialogues in the translation blurbs should be Light World for 5 and Dark World for 1, 2, 3 and 6. 4 could be either. 3 is most likely Susie (going by attitude and へへ is mostly used to represent her English "heh") talking to Ralsei (mentioned by name) and then someone else (presumably Lancer by attitude) chipping in. Also, the testing team said testing was difficult in large part due to the large amounts of variation. On that basis I wouldn't ignore the possibility that one of these things that vary could be a snowgrave'd Berdly.
7:30 I haven't seen to many people point this out, It was one of the things that caught my attention when I read the newsletter. I don't really have a good guess as to who it might be tho (unless it's just Ralsei and the name is cut out to mess with us)
I'm pretty sure the "To By" is meant to be a Toby pun, seeing as it'd still be pronounced as "To Be", just with more emphasis on the "O" (possibly during another easter egg segment like in chapter 1/2 with Toby playing the maracas in the computer lab, or him driving around the toy car)
But the gramatically incorrect usage of "by" here lines up with the usage of "good by" in the secret valentine's. The japanese for this also had unorthodox usage of Katakana to maintain the wordplay. While it is undoubtedly a pun, this discrepancy in usage of syllabary typically used for bigger reasons in these games make it unlikely, imo, to be *just* for an Easter Egg, lest this deviation from usual Deltarune logic in the employment of logograms also had a reason to be, pun intended.
I have only a year of wait for Ch. 3&4, and I've already fallen into a spiral of madness. Dang, I never expected to say this, but I now understand Spamton. I just need to listen to other people theorize about their predictions of the release date to keep some mental sanity and don't fall into brainrot.
@browniefox7218 that's what Toby foxs sister/sibling would say to cover their tracks. I will now take all your theories as fact and if you're wrong when next chapters are released I'll blame you for my disappointment
"To By" sounds both like the secret valentine's and, contextually, possible shop dialogue. Could be a character acting as a Sampton-like figure gameplay wise, which would track for a shard bearer, save for Seam being related to it but not an actual secret boss.

Do ya think she’s recounting how she and Lanino met? I thought it was a meet-cute thing when I read it
Apparently, the text name drops Ralsei in the japanese version of the text for the top line.
This is correct. ラルセイ = Rarusei = Ralsei.
that berdly dialogue is probably to susie, but if it is Kris, gonna feel like a gasleak

My yearly Deltarune obsession has come again it would seem.
Brownie "fox"
Toby "fox"
Do we see the vision?
Haha, actually just a funny coincidence! But I think it’s that it kinda matches nowadays

It’s toby. Toby Fox.
Calling it now, it’s his sillhouette behind a curtain and they remove it to reveal the chicken shitpost sprite
