Neuschwanstein Castle is from the 19th century, it is relatively new, the Alcazar of Segovia is from the 12th century. It is less famous but much older and more authentic!

If you are veg , there’s no problem. There are a lot of different dishes that you can taste , such as: veg paella, salmorejo, porra antequerana, croquetas, berenjenas fritas con miel de caña, calçots con salsa romesco, gazpacho, papas arrugas con mojo, migas , pisto, tortilla de patatas, coca mallorquina/valenciana, patatas a la riojana , pimientos de padron fritos, etc etc... this nation have a long time passion for food. Enjoy it!!
Tip: try our variety os cheeses.

It wasn't "The Disney Castle" It was the basis for The Evil Queen's (Grimhilde in fanon) castle from Snow White, Walt's first animated feature length film. And you can see it in the way it towers upward and how each spire is designed, also with the ginormous wall that a few Disney fanatics will see in the castle.
They didn't mention the medieval wall of Segovia o medieval monasteries of Segovia.
Tortilla and pisto are not vegetarian ??
Tortilla is an homelet so it's made with eggs.
