Red Sox Racing 2018 Fall GTE Challenge

BOSTON, MA - August 16, 2018 - The Red Sox Racing League is proud to announce the Fall Season GTE Challenge. For the first time in Red Sox Racing history league members will be allowed to select from the Ferrari 488 GTE, the Ford GT 2017 or the all new Porsche 911 RSR to race in a multi-car format. Drivers will be allowed to select any of the three cars and race it any week. You’re not required to race the same car all season. We will continue to use a fix setup format and each car will be short fueled to force a pit stop for fuel to finish the race.
The Fall Season will be split into two series 6 week sessions branded at Series D and Series E. Each Series will crown an overall champion will the best 5 finishes.
2018 Series D - Ferrari 488 GTE - Ford GT 2017 - Porsche 911 RSR
Practice (optional): Tuesday Nights prior to race night 7:00 PM EST to 9:00 PM EST
Race: Thursday Nights with gates opening for Practice at 7:45 PM. Qualifying begins at 8:45 PM and the Racing starts at 8:55 PM EST. Race duration is a 30 minute timed event, rolling start.
