Dewa launched their first album in 1992 with an album entitled 19, because they all were 19 years old. But in the end the public knew them better as Dewa19. Dewa has changed their members for several times. Now they have 4 members, which Ahmad Dhani (keyboardist) and Andra Ramadhan (guitarist) are the two founders of Dewa who are still together until today. What's interesting about this band is that they don't have a lead vocal. After the last singer left the band, all the singers were featured including Ari Lasso who used to be a singer and member of Dewa. In their 30th year of togetherness, they created the All Stars project where they collaborated with world musicians such as Jeff Scott Soto (vocalist of Yngwie Malmsteen, Sons of Appolo), Dino Jelusic (vocalist of Whitesnake), Derek Sherinian (former keyboardist of Dream Theater, Sons of Appolo), Phil X (guitarist of Bon Jovi), Richie Kotzen and also involving other musicians previously such as Simon Phillip (Toto) Billy Sheehan (Bassist of Mr. Big). The song which sing by Dino is a song written by Ahmad Dhani and was translated to english version.
