The message appears at 15:14 at the bottom of the screen, it doesn't make any sound and it's not a question to be answered, I hope that helps.

I don't know how you ended up here but there are many reasons why that f-22 did that, if you played the game you should know.
First, this mission was played in Free Mission mode, so any Mission from the game can be played at any time with any aircraft.
Second, this is the last take off from the game, prior to that, this Carrier has been hit by a missile and is sinking, That's the reason why the Control Tower Guy says that he don't care what happens to the catapult, so even in story mode this mission has every aircraft available, because after the Mission of this video is the "final Boss" so every plane is available for that.
