Bad energy configuration on the Anaconda perhaps? He doesn't get of any shots when he should. Though you Eagle is pretty squirrely too. We also learn of the value of point defense! A lesson in perseverance and keeping a level head. Thank you for posting and annotating!
@@DocteurGui aw, you stood your ground and didn't panic. Give yourself some credit! The ship type matchup is also very tough for both pilots. One mistake and he could have ended up as a smudge on your canopy.

Excellent fight Cmdr, it's like watching a movie it's so epic! As a Cmdr who doesn't engage in PvP at all it makes me realize that a pilot with your skillset would destroy me in seconds no matter the ship I fly 😂

@@antoineboussemart1062 sometimes I double up on Penetrator munitions for faster kill. Then regret it at times I needed fsd interrupt. Fsd interrupt is great when ships line up to jump and you can get ahead of them and drop mines, the fsd interrupt will buy you enough time to drop even more mines as they stay on their fsd vector
@@DmytroBogdan FDEV nerfed all my builds since 2015. -Pre-engineer, vanilla torpedo boats, they added arming time. No more insta-popping ships point blank with 4-6 torps. -stealth hull tanks, they added emissives, night vision. -mine launchers, also added arming time.
@@CMDRNaQan One more question. I am trying to use relative mouse for the FA off, and I am struggling to fly with FA on, it just feels strange. Is there a way to help with that, or more a thing you just need to get used 2 :)
@@nitehhawk With relative mouse not good for FA-On. Although, I use FA-on to help stabilize my ship, or use like “air brakes” when I’m doing right maneuvers, I flip it on and off constantly.
awesome fight! you had me worried about your near miss rammage with such low hull. I'm surprised he stayed for the fight whilst you went to 7km+. I generally just use avoidance tactics at close range while synthing to try and keep them interested. All in all, brilliant. Keep it up.

But then, he began getting his rhythm on getting those separation, would’ve been too risky and have the synth get interrupted, really I should’ve have survived, he was very good, in a explor-conda too
Not necessarily, I would have the range and speed advantage, I would remain in silent running to negate the lead reticle of frags, it will much easier since I don’t have to worry about hitscan, the spread of the frags and my small ship profile will reduce its effectiveness. They’ll need to hit me broadside while I’m turning to maximize damage output of frags, which is something I keep in mind, and ensure I don’t present my ship. At the end of the day, it’s a the conda is a slow lumbering huge target.
The way the CMDR behaves at first makes no sense: he knows you have mines so he should know it's reverb, he has the much slower ship so he knows he will never touch you at close range either with RG or Cannon, he knows he has long-range weapons that can basically kill you in one shot if he can get a clean one... Time is on his side. So what does he do? He charges... Weird. Still, GG both of you
My opponent actually found this video and left a comment, he mentioned not checking my load out before engaging. Part of making this build successful is that it’s an Imperial Eagle, I’m betting on my opponent to become complacent and make the mistake of thinking it’s an easy kill. It’s part of masking my loadout. Some call it target fixation or tunnel vision. And it works :)
@@CMDRNaQan Yeah I totally agree! Most CMDRs are complacent against small ships. I fly flechettes DBX/Courier and somehow big ships like to interdict me (because I'm small I figure), even if such a build actually works best against big ships. Same fixation can be said of NPCs: lots of CMDRs boast how they can easily shred Corvettes but killing a mere Sidewinder with fixed weapons is far more difficult a challenge.

Class 1 Advance Missile Rack, Grade 5 Rapid Fire. One with Penetrators Munitions, other with FSD Interrupt
