no joke, i was watching the livestream completly random and had the tv broadcasting the sets while i was on my phone. this performance took my attention from second 1 and this was the biggest surprise how this guy took the energy instantly to a whole next level. what a damn banger set! congrats

Being at this set Live in absolute poring rain was a V I B E! Little to no phones out... just us all raving in the rain before getting told to Evacuate the park.
For real the rain made it infinitely better in person. Sad for Maddix not being able to finish the last few minutes of his set, he looked a little upset when the sound got cut out of nowhere

Being under the rain with the wind blowing hard was so sick, one of my favorite festival experiences for sure, had never heard a maddix set and instantly became a fan, I really like the more upbeat and progressive tech house he plays. Definitely will go see a set of his again if he plays in 2025
The fact that they didn’t include his getting cut off and the festival playing the evacuation notice… lol we all know what happened, why end the video early and not show what went on? Being there was a joy ride and the set was absolutely crushing from back to front, rain be damned. We were directly under what I’d call the chandelier in the middle and watching the lights shine through the rain made everything so much more beautiful. Congrats Maddix on your first Ultra set, you dominated!

I love the rain. I know phones have for the most part become water resistant in some capacity but when it rains like this the crowd is certainly more engaged as a whole and it’s just more fun.
