In the US, the Federal government has not passed any compliance guidelines for ADA / WCAG. However, the courts have set a common precedent that AA is appropriate for most cases. In terms of usability, most websites should stick to AAA if large amounts of text are present, for example a blog post.
Each of the criteria in here have a level specified: www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/ For example 1.1.1 Non-Text Content mentions that it is at Level A here: www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/#non-text-content
Finally, someone explained this a clear way.
Wow, this video should be all over the web. What a God send. Thank you for explaining all this mumbo-jumbo clearly and making sense of it.
Thank you, glad it helped :)

Thank you, this was very helpful! :)
Some graphics in this video don't seem to pass accessibility level AA, mainly due to the color contrasts of white on light green. Why?
Any accessible project available for practise?

How do I pass, is there a company to send to to get an official conformance claim
You can reach out to an accessibility consultancy to get an audit yeah, maybe someone like www.deque.com/

Shouldn't AAA be on top of the pyramid since it's the highest and A on the bottom since it's the base, just asking. Great video though
For a video on color contrast, you sure had a bad contrast! I could barely see a difference on the chart
