Can anyone please clear my confusion🙏-
If any act is repealed then any notification,rule ,bye-law shall continue in force
Similarly, if any amendment is repealed then it does not affect its continuance.
But repeal means complete abolition of an act means as if it never existed.
So my doubt is what is the purpose of repealing any enactment where continuance of such act does not get affected.

They are repealing just because they don't want the rules, amendments, or any law further in future,
Just because they are repealing doesn't mean that present affects also get deleted, the charges are in force as same.
