    EGS002 has a lot of fakes. It is easily damaged under heavy load. So I designed a new PCB, using TLP250. With the TLP250, the circuit is more durable, the driving current is greater, and you can easily replace components.

    Excelent idea.
    This stage with TLP250 protect the eg8010 from surge or any malfunction.

      Có mạch dùng stm8s003f3p6 rồi, có cả sạc và màn hình, nhưng tình hình chip arm dạo này cực kỳ căng, ko có hàng mà lại đắt lòi ra. làm ko có lãi mấy nên tạm gác lại đã.

    I first thought the eg8010 was a positive output signal but as I look good at the tlp250 design circuit diagram I see that the all 4 signal or negative frequency output as in pulsing ground that’s why the pnp or use for amplifier frequency

      It's part of the EG8010 chip. On the EGS002 board (which is junk if you ask me), there are 2 jumpers that set the dead time. I don't know if these are included in this improved version. This board may not be adjustable.

      The EG8010 is an ASIC. That stands for Application Specific Integrated Circuit. It is not programmable. It is hardwired internally to do what it does. You choose various options by how you hook it up, and once you power it on, it just starts working.

      it's not programmable. It is an ASIC which stands for Application Specific Integrated Circuit. You choose a few options by which input pins are shorted to ground or to 5 volts. Then you put power to it and it works.

      You did the 50 to 60 conversion wrong and may have damaged the board. You must REMOVE the jumper from the 50 hz position and then INSTALL it in the 60 hz position. All the jumpers are like that. If you can't replace the jumper, you can bridge the correct solder pads with a blob of solder in the correct position. Do not do this without removing the jumper from the other position first. Be sure of your positions, or you will cause a dead short and may burn the board.

      The white boxes are TIP250 mosfet drivers, which are better than the 2110 or 2113. I hope this guy can build a better board than the EGS002. I have tried to build an inverter twice and the EGS002 has burned out the same two mosfets both times. I can't tell what the problem is. Maybe the EG8010 chip is junk or (more likely) the 2113 mosfet drivers.

      If you can find a place to buy his version or something like it, please reply to my reply and let me know where I can buy it too. I have tried the cheap EGS002 boards from Amazon and the inverter blows up (yes, the mosfets split open and or catch on fire) after an hour or two of use. No, they are not overheating. Both times, the mosfets had never gotten above finger-touching temp. Both times this happened, it was when the inverter was starting up. Both times, I started and stopped the inverter just fine many times, then all of a sudden I turn it on and pow-stink. The first time I blamed it on my trying to start up a 5000 BTU window air conditioner. But the second time, I only had a little 15 watt incandescent bulb on it.
