If you start falling asleep naturally and not only to distractive things such as asmr television or any other things. Your insomnia will go away naturally just lie still and eventually you will sleep also go sleep sooner wake up earlier for a healthy sleeping regime

I have a different way of falling asleep. It works very well for my brother. What I did yesterday was put a pillow over his head instead of beneath his head and he’s been sleeping for a good 30 hours, it’s truly amazing!
The yellow monsters remind me of the Hattifatteners from the Moomins. They're actually white, but they recharge in thunderstorms and then glow brightly. They're weird and cute at the same time. 😅
