- Rain on window sounds whilst being inside of a cozy virtual Chicago Apartment. The rain is heavy outside, with rain drops lashing against the window, but your warm comfy bed is waiting, with lush plants and warm lighting around you, you get the feeling of nature whilst still having a view of the City.
The majority of this scene was made in Unreal Engine 4 using RTX Raytracing, exported as a composite, and then the rain VFX was made in After Effects, the audio was edited using Reaper and the whole thing put together using Adobe Premiere for the final render.

It’s crazy to think there’s a different story in every single square box of those buildings
Considering the time of night, most of em are probably empty. I used to work nighttime security in buildings like those, and you'd be surprised how many office buildings leave all their lights on all hours, no exceptions. Some of em have half the lights turn off automatically, but still enough you can see them lit up like in the video.

Thanks king, been stressing over school starting soon, this year's the most unprepared I've ever been, I try to distract myself with videos, music and sometimes video games, but I'm starting to grow out of gaming, could just be me getting older but it doesn't relive me as well as it used to. Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)

Our bodies ramp up cortisol and adrenaline in the morning as part of our circadian rhythm. Maybe try some teas or herbs designed to lower cortisol to help with that? I know from experience how awful that is, I'm so sorry you're going through that. Are you alone when it's happening?

I remember I stayed in a hotel in downtown Chicago with my family. We stayed at a Springhill Suites next to a Residence Inn. The views were majestic! Chicago is a phenomenal city with spectacular vibes! It must definitely be a place that you should put on your travel list! :D

I rented an apartment with a similar view in Chicago for 3 weeks AirBNB) back in 20nine-teen. Best 3 weeks I had in a very long time. The last time I had a week similar to 20nine-teen was in 2006 in NYC when I finished 2 tours in Iraq. Will do it again next year in L.A.

@@hockinghillsalive3624 It happens all the time 😞 I try to DMCA them when I see them, but it’s hard to keep up. I guess they want to take views from my channel hoping people will subscribe to them. Unfortunately there are a lot of channels that just do anything they can to play the system, trying to get as many views as they can before they get their channel removed. And when they get their channel taken down and they just start another one. Sounds like a lot more hassle than it’s worth tbh.
@@hockinghillsalive3624 lol I really got it wrong there yeah. In fact I took the video down as soon as uploaded it because the very first upload wasn’t 4K, and wanted to resize it. After I fixed it, I was in two minds whether to reupload it or not. I’m very glad I did lol I actually started a UA-cam trend with my Miami and Chicago views 😯No one had made anything like what I did with these before. But the trend of these kind of videos died out quick quickly, I believe it’s because soo many channels started copying my Chicago and Miami videos, I think people got fed up seeing them everywhere. I mean there was even a channel making just luxury apartment videos after the success of my ones. But unfortunately the quality that these other channels were making were pretty bad and kinda killed the vibe. So now, even when I make news ones like this, they don’t get anywhere near the views of Chicago and Miami. But I still enjoy making them so will do more, I have a Boston city view planned to do soon 👍

This is a hit! Great job, I’d been waiting for this. Thank you. I like that the buildings are close by and the building lights are bright but the bedroom is darker. Makes it realistic. Lots of city videos have the inside room super bright and outside is too dark. I love that it feels like I’m right in the city and not far away from it! 👍 Love the huge wall windows showing all the glory of the city lights and view.
Thank you ❤️❤️ getting the lighting in the room can be tricky, I'm still not completely satisfied with this one but will improve on my future rooms 🙂 I think some other channels super impose their backgrounds, and then don't match the lighting, which can make it look a bit fake, but thats cool, we all have our ways of doing these 🙂 I try to make my outside views, part of the scene if I can, I find that it blends better that way, as that way all the indirect lighting, reflections, and scale will be correct. The sound is what makes it. In real like you would barely hear it - it would sound this way if you were under a solarium on top of a penthouse or something similar.
