Agrifac Condor - Huge 40 Metre Sprayer

- We were lucky enough for Agrifac to bring us their new Condor sprayer to test on farm. We spent the morning using it and all our guy love it. At Warter Priory Estate, we run 36m tramlines. Although this sprayer has a 40m boom, it was able to fold the two end sections in and spray at 36m. You’ll see a mixture of both shots (we tried the 40 as well). The tank holds 5,000 litres.
We put the sprayer into one of our fields with steep hills. It coped very well! We were very impressed with the demo!
So is 40m too big for our fields? We think not... it would be a huge gain in efficiency as it would let us cover more ground with each pass.
Warter Priory is a world class farming operation set in the heart of East Yorkshire amidst 12,000 acres. At Warter, we pride ourselves on our reputation for quality and efficient farming. The main crops we focus on growing are wheat, barley and oilseed rape. We also grow peas in partnership with Birds Eye and some of our land is used for growing potatoes. - Авто та транспорт
I am so proud of farmers, they bring food to our tables. But that is not the amazing thing. The amazing thing is all the debts they have to take on to afford all their machinery with minimal incomes. There are huge machines needed for hundreds of thousands of Euro. Yet they can handle the situation of hard work, basically work 24/7 if the farm is big enough and especially with animals to look after. With minimal income. Especially if you are a dairy farmer as an example.
Nice bit of kit, noticed the end sections folded up. Crops look good and stood up seen some winter barley starting to go flat now. Look forward to more video's soon.
Another fantastic video, truly awesome drone footage. spot. on.
A well built machine, clean fields have big yields. :)
Amazing machine, great video!
great video and hello from the US!
great video and really smooth drone footage
brilliant work!
Any reason why the standard high clearance sprayer from John Deere, Case, or New Holland wouldn't suffice? Great video!
WOW! Nice video ;D
6 months without a new release........the next one must be epic, your 'citizen Kane' so to speak!
Maybe not epic... but we will start releasing them on a regular basis again!
Nice video! :)
Cinematography very well-crafted. That machine makes the job appear like a "cake walk"----whatever that is....? The two operators? might as well have enjoyed simultaneously tea & biscuits.....
yes nice video
Nice as always from Warter. Do you use this equipment both for spraying pesticides and spraying water?
bet it doesn't take long to cover a fair bit of land with that, great video 👍
Nice nice nice!

Hello,
Another great video. That's a good bit of kit,a good sized tank and also useful to have a bit extra boom width. I take it you would have to upgrade your drills if you decided to go for one? I am assuming that you are using either 6 or 9 metre ones at present? I hope when you start combining it is as hassle/stress free as possible for you. We here in Oxfordshire haven't started yet but combines await patiently ready to be fired up at Zero hour. Would it be possible when time permits, after the busy period to give us a yield comparison of the fields you drilled with the challenger and the Fendt when you have the results. Thanks in advance.
Kindest regards Mark
lovely peice of kit also do you have two or one
Wow!
Very nice video!
You have the Inspire 1, don't you?
Greetings from Austria

+Warter Priory Estate You're welcome!
Thank you for the information ;)
Have you started harvesting yet, I've seen odd bit of fields just starting to turn, few farmers are growing barley for whole cut this year, I'm over in Cheshire
a friend of mine is working in Cambridgeshire and they've been harvesting barley non stop for the past week
Hey what editing program are you using, grat video! :)
Thank you! Nothing special, just Final Cut Pro. We do all the colour grading in there as well.
What size tyres was it running?
how many acres do you have?
On 36metre tramlines?
I assume outer sections are folded in as WP are on 36 metre tramlines and not 40?
Nice sprayer though, chuffin' expensive mind.....
Must read header!!
