I agree Brooke. I think that this is a thank you to ARMY's and a message to reassure us to be patient. Things are about to change. Unless something drastically changes they will be going off to serve for their country. So they will be entering into then next phase : solo work. @@pisto30 because other groups don't contribute almost 5Billion to the Korean economy; other groups don't create opportunities for other groups abroad as well as the next generations of kpop groups; because other groups are not single-handedly changing the global landscape for all Asian faces from all countries; because while they have helped open the door a little bit, doors that have been closed have been known to "swing back" when they've been pushed open a little bit, things are still not great for all Asian faced artists, so why not let BTS continue paving the way; other groups do not raise the morale of millions and heal millions, i just attended the pop-up in LA and took photos of SO many notes from fans saying "BTS saved my life"

I think because of the military enlistment uncertainty they had to start making their own plans. But this won’t mean they are disbanding...just another chapter until they can be all together again. Almost the entire history of BTS is contained in one song... I have goosebumps. There are a lot of references to old albums in this MV. I like the style and sound of this song. When i listen, i get lost in my emotions 💜💜 and rap line is great!
Firstly I just wanted to say that JKs vocals are amazing and the lyricsare so poetic and beautiful. Secondly the MV itself has this calming effect (which also is emotional to me). I also love how they sing about how much they love music and doing eat they like. It's like they are looking back on the past and looking forward to the best that's "yet to come". Also there are references to past MVs including Springday, BST, no more dream aka the bus. I don't know why but this song is bringing tears to my eyes and I can't help but smile through out the whole thing and them wearing all white it's like they are angels singing to us (which in reality they are). I also love the melodic beat of the music as its so relaxing and calming. Also I love the message through the song that is the best moment is yet to come so keep doing what you love. I. In love with this song already and its now already one of my favs.
This made me cry buckets, knowing what BTS and ARMY have been through in the last 9-almost 10 years. This song just carries so much weight. And if you really internalize the lyrics of the song and all that is reminiscent (references) of their entire career, BTS has been the same. Their message from the very beginning is so consistent and clear. It almost seems like a farewell song, and honestly I don't want it to be. It's like a homage to themselves and their fans. So bittersweet, simple but still full of hope. So if BTS can say the BEST IS YET TO COME, as ARMY I'm gonna take it from them. I'm gonna live my life moving forward just like I've always done.
I believe we are going to see them involved with their music and writing 1000X more and that inherently means a change. As they reflect on the eras they tell us the Yet is Best to Come so visit the past but don't get stuck in the past be ready for Growth and Open to new sounds ARMYS let's go!
Thank u for doing a reaction for it...and their are so many references to their other eras...from gestures from JK, Jimin, Jin, Taehyung, even Hobi at the end, to the objects like the truck, the statue, the train, the piano, the storage container, the bus, the Carousel. And even their clothes...Jimin and Hobi's iconic outfits from Spring Day to Jin's jacket from B, S, & T. And the beginning with the guys in the same positions as they were in the "Just One Day" video...I think they did it yo say thank you to ARMY. And to see how much ARMY would find... its one of the most beautiful, and profound videos they have done yet....and guarantee 99.9% of ARMY was under the table in tears.... Oh and just to let you ladies know....this was actually filmed about 10-15 miles outside of Las Vegas. If u look closely, u will see the Spring Mountian Range...one of the mountain ranges that surrounds Las Vegas. The truck has a Nevada plate. And lastly...there is a moment where it looks like Taehyung was walking into fog/ocean mist...it was actual a wicked wind storm that Las Vegas had on April 11th...I have mad respect for them, especially Taehyung.....the winds were clocked upwards of 78-80 m.p.h. it was bad...the guys said it was difficult to film anything....but they got a couple of good shots.. I know I couldn't have done it....it was hard enuf to get around Vegas with that wind....but to walk into it with nothing around you takes massive guts. And I'm proud of them....and the reason I know about the storm, I wasn't just in Vegas for the concert...but I live in Vegas. All I know is this video was incredible... I'm sorry for such a long post ladies, but thank u again for doing the reaction...I'll keep watching for more.
BTS did say that this is the end of Chapter 1. Now we wait for Chapter 2. This video is full of the past videos. I was in tears during the music video. There were so many easter eggs in the mv of the past 9 years. For example, in the beginning where all 7 are sitting down, it's reminiscent of Just One Day (when they're sitting in same positions). Taehyung in the suit (uniform) with the flower is reminiscent of Boy In Luv. Even the last part on the bus, it was the scene in Spring Day on the train. Anyways, it's definitely a video where only ARMY understands. I feel emotional every time I see the mv.
Oh yes ! I was one of those sad army, I've been an army since 2015 but at the same time I tried to stay positive about it because I know they will be back sooner than later 😊, and I see it as, they really do deserve to think about themselves since all these years they haven't been able to do that they've been busy making us happy and thinking about us and the company and getting told to do this and that so them going on this vacation/break is well deserved for BTS. They are going back to their roots, back to (square) one. Instead of the expected POP for ratings, but back to the music that they love to make. It is a rainbow promise-the rainbow promise from Noah's Ark. The promise to always be there. I think they will make there own individual music (like other groups have) but still be BTS as 7.

I absolutely hate the idea of them going off for solo work. I really hate Hobie going off for a whole hour at Lola. It feels like the death of BTS. Sorry, this sitting around being nostalgic about their old songs just hurts. Going solo then coming back together with bands has never worked for anyone in the past. I love them so much. No, things have changed. It is important to play videos in between the streaming of Yet to Come, or it WILL NOT count. Playing reaction videos between views of the MV is a good thing. One reason we're getting so many views deleted is because of continuous playing.

@@hortbeck if, hopefully, they are not so corrupt (all politicians get corrupted) that they will care about the contribution of bts to their economy, in my mind the main reason for politicians not to exempt them would be if it might affect their re-election or reputation so if the public is strongly for exemption it seems that would play a huge role in how politicians would vote imo

It's like 500% more detail than I've seen anywhere else it talked about sound effect references and references of the outfits, background props, and a couple theories around what that means for the BU story line but that's at the end so you can stop before that if you aren't interested in that part.

I absolutely hate the idea of them going off for solo work. I really hate Hobie going off for a whole hour at Lola. It feels like the death of BTS. Sorry, this sitting around being nostalgic about their old songs just hurts. Going solo then coming back together with bands has never worked for anyone in the past. I love them so much. Together they are so much more than their individual parts. Who wanted this? The boys or HYBE? Saying having to always be the best is too heavy? I can understand the pressure. So does that mean they don’t have to keep trying to top themselves? I’m thinking about Michael Jackson after Thriller.

No, things have changed. It is important to play videos in between the streaming of Yet to Come, or it WILL NOT count. Playing reaction videos between views of the MV is a good thing. One reason we're getting so many views deleted is because of continuous playing.
@@kwm1013 you don't have to watch an entire video in between, you just have to make sure to leave and then come back as opposed to just hitting the replay arrow, no?
