This drama was nice and the ML is VERY attractive. I like how he was on it from the start protecting her and her him. Green tea and empress got what they deserved.
The script writer in this one didn't disappoint ❤❤...The ml too handsome... the emporer too polite😅😅 everyone nailed their role... It's among few recommendable dramas...you won't shed a tear watching this❤❤❤❤❤❤❤9.5/10 for me😂😂
This is a pretty good “Marriage swapping/Transmigration”-story with decent/good actors and a storyline that might be quite basic, but the characters are a bit different. I loved this peppy/observant/cute FL and calm/gloomy/loving ML. Sadly, there are some important scenes missing/shortened, a lot of still pictures and repeated scenes. Despite that, it’s actually worth watching. SYNOPSIS - SPOILER ALERT!!! In ancient times, a mute woman was forced to marry a General (ML), the North King, that allegedly just returned severely injured from the battlefields, instead of her half-sister (2FL). The General was said to be cruel and ugly so their father didn’t want his favorite daughter to marry him. Faced with a possible horrible future, she committed suicide by stabbing herself in the chest with a hairpin on her wedding day. Her barely breathing body was transported to the General’s mansion for her to die there. In modern times, FL is practicing martial arts when she suffers from a heart attack. But instead of dying, she transmigrates into ancient times. When she wakes up, she receives the memories of the body’s original owner and realizes that she is now in the body of the legitimate daughter of the Prime Minister whose mother was killed by a concubine (2FL’s mother) and who was poisoned into muteness by her illegitimate sister (2FL). Unable to escape the wedding chamber, FL awaits the arrival of the new husband, thinking that his injuries might make it possible for her to defeat him. But she fails terribly in her attack since the General turns out to be anything but what the rumors said. When he tests her muteness, she reveals her ability to talk and tells him about her and her brother’s life in the family after their mother’s death, to cover up the fact that the body’s original owner was sent to him as a spy for the Empress. But suddenly he collapses and she finds out that he is in need of a special medicine. This was actually a fun watch, FL was hilarious I totally enjoyed her conversations with ML and his right hand man😊 ML still needs more work on his acting,there were some emotions he didn’t express properly but nothing too bad that you can’t handle. Ooh, I enjoy this a lot. The first 3/5 of the drama was lighthearted, while the rest is quite serious with a twist at the very end. The storyline is not bad & the schemes were pretty straightforward so viewers can understand them easily. There were many comedic parts too, like @56:55 they really combined Greek god and ancient China lmao 😂😂
