It will stop rising. This is the tough time, especially challenging when you all have no choice but to stand by and watch the flood!

In FL it is mold that immediately sets in, and that is very hazardous. I don't think mold would be the problem in Ors or Orenburg.

Hang in there. I was in FL when hurricane Ian hit Cat.5. People died, houses and bridges were destroyed, the county is still recovering, 1.5 years later.

Martin, everything will be fine in the end, your house will withstand flooding, it will dry out over the summer and everything will be OK. :) But you need to find the right drying technologies, you may need to open the floors, check the insulation so that mold does not appear in the house.
Be sure to check the electrical wires, some will need to be opened from the walls to check. If the house has external insulation or basement insulation, it needs to be checked. After getting wet, it may stop warming the house. Some kind of insulation are waterproof and thats will be fine.
It is very important to know the status of the land and the house that you have built. It is possible to claim compensation from the city administration if there was no insurance. You can buy new electronic supplies or try to repair existing if they out of order.
The Ural River is the third largest river in Europe and has a wide flood zone if there are no hills or rocks nearby. Please note that 95% of Orenburg is built either far from the riverbank or on a hill - the historical center and Soviet houses. Geodesy specialists have been mapping river floods for 70 years for each region. It is a pity that modern developers do not read these maps, they are available in every department of architecture in every city. Despite the dam that was built near Orsk. Same history in my region.

Russia is a huge country where rivers are fed from a huge territory. The water flow can increase 10 or even 50 times during snowmelt. Although the amount of snow is known, it is very difficult to predict the rate of its melting. Unfortunately, this year the situation was aggravated by abnormal cold weather. The earth is frozen to a great depth and is not able to absorb moisture.

It's easy to say hold on, be positive it will be fine; yes it will be fine but it's still difficult to be positive while it's happening to you personally. We Floridians go through similar problems every single summer, 🌀 hurricanes, flooding, 90 to 130 miles wind, destruction, loss of property and life. Still, we come back to destructed reagon and out of our misery every single time. We love living in this beautiful state with the greatest governor. We fix or build back and go to the beach again. We have the dark humor saying, "Life is suffering but at least it's short ".😊

The one thing I would add, if I may, is the building codes in Russia have to be changed in the areas around big rivers. To get a building permit, houses in Florida are now required to be built on stem walls, at least 2-3ft above the ground, if near the ocean, ICW or by the lake to force our developers to consider the future catastrophic environmental issues for paying customers. Also, they now have to raise their entire development a few feet above the ground 0 and with accumulating artificial lakes. It would be your role and your neighbors' to push for code change in your region. In Florida the insurance companies required the code change and threatened to leave the state if not done to cut the cost of our insurance policies. Good luck and stay engaged. 🙏✌️

Сочувствую Вам и всей вашей семье всем сердцем. Страшно подумать, насколько больно видеть свой любимый дом в воде... Столько усилий, заботы, любви, времени, денег, в конце концов, вложено... Чем можно помочь? Пока желаю вам держаться и радоваться тому, что никто из людей не пострадал...
Дом не потерян. Просушите, поменяете полы, какую-то мебель и все будет хорошо. Главное просушить
Держитесь еще пара дней и все спадет (сбросов воды в таком количестве уже не будет)
Компенсация за имущество в зависимости от ущерба до 350 тыс р, за недвижимость (ремонт) до 750 тыс руб (Если не было страховки) Если все застраховано то выплатят в полном объеме.
За имущество не переживайте главное что бы люди и животные спаслись. Сам побывал в таких обстоятельствах (но у нас было еще хуже, наводнение пришло осенью пришлось покинуть дом почти на год)
У вас уже военные строители приехали (ждут пока вода уйдет) все дороги и основные коммуникации сделают сразу а вот с домами растянется на полгода.
На год? Это столько времени восстанавливали? Или пришлось заново стоить?

@@vika-viktori Все замерзло осенью пришлось ждать весны. За 4-5 летних месяцев все что нужно было по дому переделали (поэтому так долго) Так как дом всю зиму стоял в сырости пришлось повозиться (хорошо что было где жить) компенсация и страховка все покрыли даже осталось на пристройку к дому.

В новостях по ТВ гоаори, что правительство уже подготовило 21 миллиард рублей на компенсацию имущества, всем пострадавшим от наводнения в оренбургской области. Специальные оценщики будут посещать все повреждённые дома и оценивать ущерб. Думаю, вы тоже можете рассчитывать на определённую компенсацию от государства. Если конечно я всё правильно понял и ничего не напутал.

Да. Но от затопления маловероятно, потому что это нетипичный страховой случай. От пожара страхуют, от залива соседей и прочее. Потоп это нетиповой случай скорее всего

Я так понимаю, вода в посёлке не очень сильно поднялась, он на возвышенности. Может есть смысл позже, построить дамбу вокруг посёлка?

Это везде так. Живу в Канаде, страшно потерять работу, останешься бездомным. Погодные условия тоже не идеальные, бывает и без электричества сидим, и снегом заваливает, и пожары лесные. Был ураган несколько лет назад, многим крыши посносило. Природные катаклизмы никто не отменял. Ущерб обычно оплачивается не государством, а страховыми компаниями. Не всем и не всё покрывается конечно. Но здесь ты обязан платить страховку на дом.
