the difference in nyc---you get less, pay more for it, and have no where to park. looking over old buildings at a static skyline, crowded, smelly and pretentious. don't tell them, they are so wrapped up in their own minds. very unimpressive. just plain, grey, white and w/out form.

Every time I see these "Penthouses" they remind me of the Lobby of a high rise Office building!!!!!
Nearly 11 minutes of pictures that were very briefly shown and then on to the next very brief pic. It was hard get any real sense of the property's layout with this presentation. The music was also pretty overpowering.
The opening have too many jumpcut, close up shot, and unnecesaary b roll.

In NYC, the cost of properties isn’t a big deal. The most important points are more about tax and hoa. Once I saw an apartment for 1million, and tax and hoa are 15,000 per month. By 5.5 years, it will be already the amount of the property...
What else did it make a Sense ? If any- After all the Injustice and Underpushing he had enough Suffering -Im very sad for him 🌍😷🤐
Let’s say I’d pay the 15 Mill in full and I own the place. What would I have to pay monthly/yearly on fees, taxes and whatever else...?

Wondering if any of these listings is actually rented or sold with somebody living there, youtube is full of heavenly-decorated apartments but we never get to see someone inside when they look at other buildings around.
They get sold but sometimes it take a long time
