this is awesome Rachel. you should make a chill-list over time with more tanks. I have to write a lot and am always looking for nice ambient sounds in the background or videos like these to just drift in for some inspiration. This is just what I needed. Thank you!
You've been insanely busy recently!! Thank you for your time spent educating us! Now- You've created a "chill" video for us?! Wow!! This tank is gorgeous!! Probably my favorite tank, ever! Thank you do much, for everything you do!!❤❤❤
I think at this point I'm probably subscribed to just about every "FishTuber" on UA-cam, and I can say this is probably one of my favorite setups. Can't beat a giant tank stocked with tons of different little guys darting in and out of everywhere. The tank never stops moving. So interesting to watch!
Love the "normal" fishkeeping you do. Great channel. DIY keeps switching his tanks and fishes like crazy. And coop Is always selling something. This is just chill. Like the hobby imo must be.
It's my favorite too! Thanks for this today, it was like a mini-vacation. I need a smart TV with a big screen to watch this on!! Lovely footage and soothing music.
I mis-read and thought Hillstream tank close-up said closes up. I know this is one of your favorite tanks so I was like, oh no! But instead I get to see a beautiful video, definitely helps my mental health, thanks Rachel.
I’ve been having a couple of tough days, and this has made everything feel good again. I have to say I agree with everyone that this is my favorite aquarium and of course the turtle habitat.
Thank you for this Rachel, I've had a rough couple of months like trying to travel between Virginia and Kentucky to see my grandchildren and spending a couple of months here and there. Now it looks like I'm going to be planning a move and I never expected to do that yet because my daughter is getting out of the Navy. So if it comes to anything for a mental break or relaxation! I'm up for it!! Hope you're having a great day my friend 🙏❤️🌿🐟🌿
I needed this after the few weeks I’ve had. Thank you! I cannot wait to get my 250 gallon nano tank up and running. I wanna put smaller fish in to truly enjoy their behavior when they have space and good numbers.
Thank you Rachel for another great video. I agree with everyone else who is saying that this soothing video was just what they needed. Any time that you are in a creative bind trying to think of a subject to post on Utube, please give us one of these soothing videos. Gets me thinking about going home after work and doing some aquascaping or doing some tank maintenance.
Wonderful video! It was very relaxing, thank you for taking the time to make it. Also, I didn't know you had Kuhlis! I thought you didn't like them lol. They're probably my favorite. I hope you're recovery is going well.
Beautiful. I love the loaches. I have some yo yo's, and ornate tiger sand loaches,. Would love to hav shrimp, but my yo yo's especially are about 4" and pretty sure the shrimp would be a meal!
Made me really think about a lot in my personal life, I dunno if I want to thank you for that or not hahahaha In seriousness though, beautiful fish, I can tell how much you put into them
Thank you for this, truly. Lovely music - I wish other channels would choose more of this style instead of the weird electro beat repetitive stuff ;) This is my favorite tank of yours, and I am impressed at how this tank even makes a little algae look beautiful (I wish I could be happy & own my algae that looks like yours in 7:35 - mine looks like BBA but never grows out...Maybe I’ll just embrace it 🌱😊).
It’s an absolutely beautiful tank! I’ve been binging the build and all you’ve done over the past 5 years. I may have missed it but what are the fish with the jewel emerald color? They’re my favorites ☺️
Wow! I’m really jealous on that tank! 💐👏 I appreciate your excellent work. I’m wondering how the sewellia and rhinogobius come along together. Both are territorial. Hillstream/goby tank is my newest project. Unfortunately I’m not even sure (at the moment) if it will be a brackish tank or not (most probable freshwater).
Nice big tank! I have difficulty looking after my 33L tank adequately for it to look good most of the time. I introduced a couple of bottom feeders last year year and had a massive fish death of my platys. The few survivors (which included the bottom feeders) seem to have been rendered sterile and one has ballooned up fit to burst but still has an appetite . No idea what the cause (no gill rot or spots) so I treated with general medine for bacterial/fungal and maybe it resulted in the survivors, maybe not.
Having kept rainbow shiners in the past, mine were always the same color as yours. Have you ever gotten to see them in spawning colors, and if so, what played a factor in them showing those colors? I'm guessing water temps but I'm just curious to hear from someone like you.
Hi Rachel, love your channel,. Wow, I have to know about two fish in this video. At the 6:35 mark a black fish with bright green spots swam in from the right, then a beautiful brown and orange striped fish appeared from the left. I didn't recognize either of them, can you advise please? Keep up the great work!
I hope to set up a hillstream aquarium some day, I really like all the species that are in there. How many fish do you have in this tank (approx)? Do you recommend a Matten filter?
Please help, my pleco and Molly fish have ick. I also have cori cats in the29 gallon aquarium. What should I do? Than you for any advice. Love your videos.
I see you have a WaveMaker but you should replace that one in get the jabeo rw20 . In set it at constant flow mode in your fish will have the real hillstream flow . But reachel i love your tank the work in time you put in this 💪 🤓 🐟 👏
Oh, how I wish I could keep my tank that immaculately clean and bright. I swear, I'm always toiling away at it. It will look like that for a day or two, then...blah. 😒
Just wanted to give you guys some relaxing footage of my favorite tank. Enjoy!
this is awesome Rachel. you should make a chill-list over time with more tanks. I have to write a lot and am always looking for nice ambient sounds in the background or videos like these to just drift in for some inspiration. This is just what I needed. Thank you!
My favorite tank ❤
Always appreciated very much. Thanks for your time and efforts. Love it!!!

Love the diversity Rach ❤
There is not enough aquarium content on UA-cam like this; thank you for what you do Rachel.
Thank you, Rachel. Until I watched it, I didn't realize how much I needed this!

Please tell the humans in my daily life that I am normal....
It's my favorite too! Thanks for this today, it was like a mini-vacation. I need a smart TV with a big screen to watch this on!! Lovely footage and soothing music.
Love this, not enough of just watching and marvelling at the beauty of Aquariums
Thank you for making my day a bit less stresfull.❤❤
I love that little pleco, he’s like “No! My rock, go away.... my rock, my rock, MY ROCK!” LOL 😆 That was a really calming video, Thank You 🙏
Really Awesome fish I like the way you slowed it down to get a better glimpse of everyone ✌👍
Thank you Rachel for this relaxing footage! Just what I needed today after a roughly stressful morning.
Just what I needed. My anxiety has been so bad today. This helped. Thank you so much.🙇🏼♀️🐟🐠💕🎵👍🙂🙏🏻
Thanks for the video. Needed to go to this a second time in light of the day I'm having.
I mis-read and thought Hillstream tank close-up said closes up. I know this is one of your favorite tanks so I was like, oh no! But instead I get to see a beautiful video, definitely helps my mental health, thanks Rachel.
Beautiful and peaceful. Absolutely love the White Mountain Minnows. ❤️🥰🥃
Thank you so much Rachel. That was the most peaceful moment I have had all week.
I’ve been having a couple of tough days, and this has made everything feel good again. I have to say I agree with everyone that this is my favorite aquarium and of course the turtle habitat.
Very refreshing to just sit back and watch. Thank you very much for sharing!!! 🙏🙏🙏

Tranquility Base.. 😁. Tank is truly awesome and very relaxing Rachel...... Thank You 🌷✌️
Thank you for the relaxing video! It's so nice to just sit back and watch all of the cool fish ♡
Such a beautiful aquarium. The fish look so happy and healthy ❤️
Beautiful tank
I enjoyed the concept of this video as well as the cinematography.
Never get enough,true aquarist.
I needed this after the few weeks I’ve had. Thank you! I cannot wait to get my 250 gallon nano tank up and running. I wanna put smaller fish in to truly enjoy their behavior when they have space and good numbers.
I love this aquarium. Thank you for sharing beloved. 🐟💙🙌

Gorgeous footage of my all time favorite tank. Chill and relaxing, I needed this.
👍💓👍
Thank you, great video. That hovering striped loach is the coolest...
Wow! so cool. I've said it before, but I love this tank. So good to see these species acting so naturally in the flow. Thanks
Thank you! Very peaceful!
Love to just sit and watch for hours
Thanks Rachel, I really needed that and my favorite aquarium.
Very nice Rachel, what a cool relaxing video - great music choice also
So relaxing, been followijg for 5 years. Thank you for bringing amazing content :) and inspiring me always
I appreciate your support!
A very close family friend passed away yesterday and I'm watching this while sitting in front of my aquarium.. grief is strange.
Sorry for your loss
Thank you very beautiful and peaceful
absolutely love these types of videos
I just love hillstream loaches and hope to have some by next year. This tank is really gorgeous!
Thank you for sharing. I hope that you are taking your own advice and taking time for yourself and to slow down as well.
You do beautiful work Rachel! Great filming too😘
Thank you, this is so nice and soothing.
Thank you for sharing. That is my favorite tank on UA-cam.
Thank you Rachel

Super enjoyed this video! Thank you🥰
Thank you!!! This was a much needed video ❤
Looks awesome!
My very favorite tank on the internet!
Love the video- so calm and relaxing - sometimes this is just what we need. TYFS and have a great day!
Thank you ❤
Sometimes a tiny fish, just by swimming peacefully, can change your whole outlook on life.
Thank you.
Very tranquil.
Beautiful
Beautiful. I love the loaches. I have some yo yo's, and ornate tiger sand loaches,. Would love to hav shrimp, but my yo yo's especially are about 4" and pretty sure the shrimp would be a meal!

Looking good.
Rooting for you!
Love those stiphodons

My favorite tank on youtube. I have a similar 180 gal that I just love to sit in front of. My amazon puffers have stolen the show though.
Allways nice.
That fat and sassy Kuhli brings me joy!
Google Mountain Redbelly Dace, they’d look spectacular in there with your shiners. A pop of orange and gold
Remember previous iterations of this tank; all beautiful. Have the R.zhoui
ever bred? So much more sustainable than most of fish tube.
Nice big tank! I have difficulty looking after my 33L tank adequately for it to look good most of the time. Taking a 'mental health break' as well... Burnouts suck. Hope you feel better soon.

Happy fins ❤

The black and green is Stiphodon atropurpureus, the orange and brown is a kuhli loach.
Really makes me want to get shiners. But I don’t have space for a large tank lol.
Exactly what the doctor ordered.
I hope to set up a hillstream aquarium some day, I really like all the species that are in there. How many fish do you have in this tank (approx)? Do you recommend a Matten filter?
no clue how many fish honestly. And I highly recommend the mattenfilter.
Please help, my pleco and Molly fish have ick. I also have cori cats in the29 gallon aquarium. What should I do? Than you for any advice. Love your videos.
I love rhinogobius.
Still waiting to see some darters in the hillstream lol 👍
👍👍👍👍
Curious whether any species of Rainbowfish would enjoy living in this tank?
Also how are the bamboo shrimp doing?
They are doing great

relaxing and beautiful ,💜
I don't see the cryptocoryne balansae. Is it still in there?
*Slows the footage*
Me - “an intellectual” watches at 2x speed
🤣🤣🤣
