What the fuck?! This was another new mechanism totally different from Genshin Impact. The first one is being able to avoid the enemy's attack by sprinting, the other was making a continuous combo by changing characters when the enemy stuns, and now deflecting bullets. Oh gosh.....

Not sure but i believe all characters with blades can deflect projectiles.. i seen nekomiya deflect bullets but im not sure if others can too
All slash type characters can deflect bullets, with an exception of I think Corin and Aokaku

it wont reset, that guarantees you to get your desired character next banner if you already lost 50/50
