P0137/P0138 o2 sensor circuit low

DTCs: P0137, P0138, P2096, and P2271
Code Descriptions: 02 sensor Circuit high voltage Bank 1 sensor 2, o2 sensor circuit low voltage bank 1 sensor 2, post catalyst fuel trim System too lean bank 1, and o2 sensor signal stuck rich bank 1 sensor 2.
Tools Needed:
Crescent Wrench or 7/8 Wrench (preferred)
Penetrant spray
Dykes or Wire Cutters
Anti-seize Lubricant
After replacement if codes still remain chances system needs to be re-learned by test driving a few miles and then again resetting permanent stored codes.

Replaced both sensors, 2015 Buick lacrosse 02 sensor circuit high voltage (bank 1 sensor 2) and still getting P0138 code what should I do
hey mate, have you found an issue? i got RR l322 5.0 v8 and the same issue, all 4 sensors new, new cat's, new MAFs and P0137 (bank 1) is coming back, no clue what to do....
which side of the car is p0137 located?

So I got p0137 and changed both sensors and I'm still getting the code...2006 chevy aveo...any suggestions on what it might be? Any help is appreciated
Drove it around for over 300 hundred miles and still nothing, the check engine light comes right back on
Do you have a four-cylinder or a six cylinder? Some exhaust systems have four (up streams and downstreams) sensors there is bank one and bank two a four-cylinder only has one bank. The code you have is for bank one sensor two sensor which is downstream.
