Yeah like we dont have discharges or any liquid from boobs. Just sweat and not always. If I sweat and I smell, I'll wash it right away, otherwise I could go even like a week without. I mean, it doesn't get in touch with anything dirty. I wash. If I didn't sweat in it I'll keep wearing it.
They don’t get as dirty as socks or other underwear. In summer, I change it once a week in case there’s sweat, but I’m winter I only wash it every 3 weeks or so..
