Wow! This is one of my favorites Yoga workouts over all. I’m just starting out. Never did Yoga before but decided to give it a try after experiencing body pain from very hard workouts. I get a great feeling inside every time I do this and other Yoga routines. Do you sir recommend that i try this routine everyday to lose thigh fat? That’s where my problem is.
