If u look at who’s writing Supergirl screenplay Ana Nogueria who doesn’t have any writing credits, what’s she known is being in a few episodes of the Vampire Diaries and she’s writing the screenplay

For me depends of the Superman movie this is the key to the DCU. Corenswet for me have a high weight in his back because many people came to the movie to compare his role with Henry Cavill and other actors. I think Superman need to be like the comics I want to see a vulnerable Superman loving his family and friends but ferocious in the hour to fight for the people he loves

I don't think people should underestimate how real 'superhero fatigue' is. I'm a CBM fan, and I'm even sick of them. Now, think about the general audience. I have been saying it for years, the MCU's overabundance will kill the genre. We are, and have been seeing it happen for a while now. It doesn't even matter if the story is good to be honest, people are bored of it. I don't hate on Gunn, or his, DCU, even though all I want is the Batfleck film, ZSJL2 and ZSJL3, and whatever story Matt Reeves is planning for The Batman, but I just think its too late. And, as for writers, I know you're not a comic book guy, Will, but a lot of comic book fans hate Tom King. Tom King even said, "Superman is boring" at a panel, before Frank Miller set him straight.

Let's not forget that Gunn said The Flash was the best super hero movie he had ever seen, and said similar about Black Adam and loved Blue Beetle, all 3 failed miserably, and were very mixed in reviews. In my opinion all of them were dogshit, now I still hope DCU succeeds but only if they go on a darker tone, like DC is known for, and is what in my opinion makes DC a million times better than Marvel. And of all the movies I've seen from James Gunn I've only liked 2 of them, Scooby Doo 1 and 2.

Not a single thing after Aquaman has made a lot of money. Birds of prey or suicide squad made no money. It had nothing to do with the pandemic. Other movies were making money and if they really cared, they would’ve held off until after the pandemic, but they didn’t. I am so tired of these excuses and these articles saying that James Gunn is an amazing Director James got directed for a major franchise who already had a story in place. James got already admitted he had tons of help guardians of the galaxy, I don’t understand it. I don’t care one way or the other as long as I get a superhero movie and I haven’t seen one in a very, very long time.
Gunn is a hack, outside of Gotg what notable movies does he have? None. He didn't write Gotg, he stole credit from Nicole Perlman. Snyder had Gunns dotd script rewritten twice by other writers before filming, Tss was DC's biggest flop in 10 years prior to the flash and Casey Bloys admitted Hbo Max inflated Peacemaker numbers. WBD absolutely killed DC.
