I think the main reason for rocky to be still alive is that he planned all these himself. Although Ramika Sen gave them orders, the real orders might be from Rocky.Hence the jets fired missiles at his ship destroying it. The fired missiles didn't kill him because if the missiles had directly hit him, his body would have shattered into a million pieces.So, the probability of Rocky to be still alive is pretty high!!!
