Sir, what is the use of those two small wheels which are not touching the floor
The rod of handle is bit loose. Is it like that only? Means after fitting the bolt in the inner rod is not fully tightened.

The Rod is loose. It's not fitting in. The bolt is not working. It seems to be defective.
