    HI. You missed the most important part. In TV while you are in Server Network Setting you should change Magicinfo mode from Premium to Lite version in order to connect to server if you are using a Lite license in Magicinfo server. And need to change the mode before adding server IP address.

    Thank you for the Tutorial! I have one question please, is it possible to use more than one computer to control a group of monitors with Lite Licenses! I mean, I have certain monitors, but I need to update the content from two different computers! Thank you!

      Hi Martin,
      The MagicINFO software is installed on one computer which can be accessed either within your own network or externally depending on your setup. The second computer can access the installation using a browser. Then yes it would be possible.

    Hi, ia have a question. I can´t reach the settings menu for the server set-up on my profesisonal samsung tv. I can only see a VXT samsung app and no other menu to connect. Can you help me? I'm stuck on that.

      Dear, You need to try to set your source to Magicinfo S. After that you have access again to the settings. Now your screen is running the VXT App.

      I am sorry to report but Magicinfo does not work with consumer line Screens.
      Plase have a look at the official site from Samsung: displaysolutions.samsung.com/.
      There are other methods in using Magicinfo in regards off device connections. If you need more information you can also share a email to support@magicinfoservices.com.

      Hi Tim, MagicINFO is installed on either a Samsung Digital Signage display or a Windows computer. In both cases, we advise connecting them via an internet cable.

      Hi,
      Please be aware that the digital signage displays are different screens than regular consumer line TV's. It is not possible to add such apps to your digital signage displays.
      If you would like to view for example Netflix on a digital signage display, you would need an external player using the HDMI source.

      If it is a signage display, it is not possible to remove the MagicINFO software from the device. You can however change the source and use the screen that way.

      Hi Gangadhar, you cannot 'remove this setting' but you can change the setting to a different server or IP address. Once you've done that the device will not show up at unapproved any longer at the assigned server address.

      Hi Hector, this depends on what server you're trying to connect to. If it's our shared cloud server, you will receive the information from us. If it's your local installation, the default credentials are as follows:
      Username: admin
      Password: admin2016

      Hi Ted, was the display connect to a server previously and did you enable the remote control functionality? If so, your display is unreachable till it gets connected to the same server again or you reset the security settings. This can be done via Menu>9>8>7>Menu
