Srivani Jade, Hindustani vocalist, in concert at MSU

Srivani Jade in concert at Mississippi State University on October 22, 2024. Srivani is an Indian classical vocalist, composer, and educator. She identifies deeply with the Bhakti tradition and enjoys singing light classical and devotional repertoire. As a culture-bearer and traditional musician, Srivani is as music teacher/Guru in the Seattle area. She serves as Visiting Artist at the University of Washington School of music where she teaches K-12 music instructors through the Smithsonian World Pedagogy Summer program. Her singing is a celebration of her life and journey which will transport you to a place of joy and peace.
