Julia I usually get headaches like the ones you are describing a couple of days before my period. They are super annoying. I hope you are feeling better!

I’m not sure if this will help you but this sometimes helps me. I’ll get peppermint oil like the essential oil kind and put some in my temple and put some behind both ears and it has a cooling effect! It doesn’t make my head aches go away but it definitely helps the pain!

Hey! When it comes to your headaches, I know some people who get them a lot where it has to do with them clenching their jaw when they’re sleeping and doctors can like inject something into your jaw every few months or so that can really help so that you don’t clench. I would definitely talk to a doctor about it!

I used to get massive migraine and I needed to wear glasses to help them, also dehydration gives me them!

My eye doctor said we can get headaches from looking at screens/ need new eye prescription? Hope it gets better!! My boyfriend used to get chronic migraines and the doctor said to stay away from MSG foods.. 🤷🏻♀️not sure if that’s true..
I have been suffering with migraines my entire life. I recommend tracking your food and drink. You may have food triggers that you don't even know about. Hope you find a solution!

Girl you were in Spring Break in NC or SC! I know exactly why your head hurts. It’s either your sinuses, pollen, or a mixture of both. Lol
💌 LOVE YOUR content and vlogs you are such an inspiration. 🥰 oh I am so sorry you have those terrible headaches. I have been getting migraines for 3 days in a row before, during or after my period. One of the doctors I know he is a gynocologist said that it has to do with the fast drop or increase in estrogen and progesteron levels. Also if you are on the pill that can also cause migraines. Mine were very frequent when on the pill. Now not so often. Hope this helps. 🤍

You might need to get a scan done to see what’s going on with your head if nothing is seeming to help
Have you checked your eyesight? You might need glasses!
