Yeesss I hoped to find a six fan
since my first son, our families grown, we’ve made a band, and got- quite well known.
When I was young and the nights were cold he used to play this song. My father. He would smoke his pipe and burn the fire place before he left to work. He worked the grave yard shift. The smell of his pipe spreading through the air, the warmth of the fire, the warm melody of Greensleeves and the immense pressure of his heavy red comforter was the only way my baby brother and I would sleep without him.
Every time I see comments like these I think you accidentally let out the soul of a boy from the 17 hundreds, who was trapped inside your mind, to write about his life.

I used to listen to this when I was pregnant I even put my phone on my tummy just for my baby to hear it the moment I will never ever forget my baby died after 26 days after I gave birth to her💔💙 I missed her so much it's been two years but it's always seems yesterday.

Very nicely played. Legend has it that Greensleeves was compose by King Henry VIII, but there is little proof of that. Still it is a timeless tune.

Every year around Christmas my father has to hear Greensleves, at least once. He says my grandmother used to play it often around Christmas time, apparently it was her favorite. I’ve been thinking about teaching myself to play this on the clarinet for him.
It is a favorite of mine as well. One of the first songs I learned on piano. Would always play it at least once everytime I practiced.

I remember when I was very young, 4-5?, anyway, my mother had a Precious Moments music box, I vaguely remember what the music box looks like, but I remembered this song and for years I've been trying to recall the name. I stumbled across this when I was writing and listening to piano music, and well... I have to say you played this beautifully and made me remember many fond childhood memories. Thank you!

When I was a little, I used to know this song as a Crhsitmas song, because I always hear this melody during Christmas. But one day, I had a crush on a girl who's excel in piano. She posted a story of her playing this song with writing "Greensleeves". Now somehow I started liking this song, I even hum this song sometimes. I also started learning to play this song in the Piano, just because of her.
I finally found this song and it made my cry. My late grandma, who I would see every day and lived with us when I was younger, bought me a music box that played this song years ago. Now I’m 17 and it’s my first time hearing the song since I lost it, and I’ve been trying to find the song ever since ❤️

Back when I was a teen, I used to own a Casio keyboard in which I had a song playlist. I loved this track the most. But unfortunately, now that I really wanted to listen to it I was unable to recall its name. All I could remember was just the rhythm and the chords.
