In reality, Alice didn't made another movie (for 20th Century-Fox) until the 1962 remake of "State Fair"- after which she went right back INTO retirement.
Alan Reed is "Spyros Skouras"; Jerry Hausner is "Joe". Griff Barnett is "Your Rexall Family Druggist".
