[Pros] Técnicamente impresionante / Apartado artístico / Variedad de entornos y enemigos / Jugabilidad dinámica / Cuidado en los detalles (presentación, menús, etc...)
[Contras] Pocos tipos de disparo / Extraña narrativa de niveles, algunas transiciones son confusas

All until game play started felt like an Amiga game. I though the game play would feel like it too but then smooth animation and scrolling gave it away.

@@TurboXray I am an Amiga Fanatic since the 80's and MOST Amiga Games DEFINITELY do NOT feel like this. They had VERY few Japanese developers sadly.....although Jim Power kind of feels like this. Love Jim Power.

@@TurboXray no it doesn't look like a genesis game, much less 90' arcade Japanese designed games. The flashy color palette is typically what we had on advanced Amiga games (92-94), the overall presentation is reminiscent of the demo scene , the music even more so (not at all the megadrive capability sounds but rather what we had on Atari ST and Amiga). It's a fantastic work but definitly not 16 bits console - arcade vibes.

@@eijentwun5509 but doesn't looks like a japanese shmup at all (watch neo geo/arcade games , nothing to see with ZPF in term of graphic design and artistic style). Visually we are indeed much closer to Turrican, battle squadron etc , which are effectively amiga port games.

​​@@lo974As a typical European you underestimate the audio of Mega Drive, when it is quite close to what was available in Japan (Arcades and computers), it is not true that sound programmers like Tony Williams (Sound Images, British) have done things wrong. It is the fault of the Mega Drive audio, the only thing it shows is that the Europeans did not know how to handle FM.

Graphics are pretty good, music is average... ngl, this isn't that exciting. It's another gynoug/wings of wor tbh - and that game had a KILLER soundtrack and pretty neat graphics...

The only thing I can tell you is that GEMS is much more capable than this and if you are one of those who think that Sound Driver = Sound Quality, you are wrong.

@@Trolazo12345 No I think Genesis Model 1 sounds good through the audio jack. You know the original hardware, This sounds like a post 1993 game with shit sound. Only a few developers made decent music after those years. Thank you, Konami and Sega of Japan. Sorry it sounds like shit, and uses pastels, the Genesis is capable of much more.

Examples: Warrior of Rome 2, Warsong, Sonic 1 and 2, Langrisser 2, and pretty much any game pre-1993. It all went to tingy tangy shit after that mostly despite a few diamonds in the rough.
