The occasion was the appeal to award the flag ribbon with the inscription "The Prime Minister of the State of Brandenburg" to the operational command. The flag ribbon was handed over by the Prime Minister of the State of Brandenburg, Dietmar Wodke, to the commander of the operational command, Generalleitnant Erich Pfeffer. The staff music corps played under the direction of Captain Kalweit. The honorary formation in army uniform was provided by the 5th Company of the Guard Battalion (Air Force).
