Jungkook has been around for 10 years with BTS as the main vocalist. As far as you're concerned I guess you could consider that he's been hiding in plain sight.

Jungkook's range is PHENOMENAL. He doesn't need autotune, he's always on point, and he always wants to be better.
He is currently serving in the Korean military as law dictates, but when all of BTS comes back in 2025 they will be a force to be reckoned with. They already are.
Always editing to add that if you want to watch BTS, mic drop is the best first impression 🤷🏻♀️
But make sure it is the Steve Aoki mix! That's the better one most people think.
if you want to see his live performance he has one which he did a month ago in NY, live in TSX.. that was an awesome performance where he sang 3 other songs from his "Golden" album where 2 of which are charting in billboard right now.

This is just the beginning for you, OMG you are in for a treat with BTS! I have been enjoying my journey with them since Dec 2017 after Mic Drop (Steve Aoki) Remix and that's all it took.
I'm a big fan of Pop, RnB and Hip Hop from the 80's - 90s and early 2000's, music and dance is what's keeps me young at heart. Now at 59, it's great to be able to breath in music like this again. JK & BTS loves MJ and a few other legends in Hip Hop, you can just feel it when they sing and dance and their meaningful lyrics, the way they just shine on stage just like MJ did.
It's a blessing to be alive in the same era as them that's for sure!!
I don't think I have ever been this interested in someone's else's music career and wanting to follow their musical journey now for me since back the 80s!! It's been a big change to my life and I am very grateful for everything they do!

Oh boy! You just haven’t seen BTS live performances and vids, they’re mind blowing! They are the greatest performers with 60.000 people arenas sold out in minutes. We are all waiting for their comeback in 2025 ( after their mandatory military service), it’s going to be epic! Try “ On Kinetic Manifesto Film”, “ Not today”, “ Black Swan”, “ Fire”, “Fake love”, “Blood, sweat and tears”… and so many more. They are huge and still so, so humble.
His whole Golden album is outstanding! He's in the military now, but I really hope he does a world tour when he comes out bec he deserves to be on tour! The whole of BTS is amazing and boy if you will go down that rabbit hole be prepared, its a looong one 💜
All 7 members of BTS are different but great in itself, but JK is very special, he’s done the most parts in the background, he hears and sings every note, his adlibs are great. He gave one concert Golden on stage before his enlistment over an hour singing, performing and talking, showing his short film GCF in Budapest, it was such a precious gift for us, watch it!
Fun fact man, listen to the background vocals and ab libs…that’s him…he does mostly all that for BTS songs…he’s our Harmony ab lib vocal king…phenomenal artist!

Jungkook is phenomenal 💜 But, all 7 members of BTS are equally talented, with very different styles, and as a group they are out of this world. Live performances are where they truly excel and they always sing/rap live whilst doing their intense choreography. As a group they cover multiple genres, including rap, hip hop, EDM, R&B, Latin Pop, ballads to name a few, and sometimes they mix genres in a song. You never know what the next song will be.

I never get tired of listening to Kookie's voice. It's heaven. His choreo is always so TIGHT....always! I love watching BTS's SNL appearance doing Mic Drop. It's a good closeup version of them but in a tight space. It's pretty cool. I think others have given all the best ones in other comments. :) Also, for fun I like to watch the old vid of them doing choreo for 'It's Tricky' on 'Bangtan Bomb' on youtube.

You have to watch his pop up show in Nyc times square, ppl only found out like 30min before because they didnt want to cause chaos because Army dont play with BTS, see how many showed up on such short notice. Also listen to how good his vocals are while dancing, he's simply AMAZING!!!❤
I recommend that when they all come back together I suggest that you try your best to see them live. I had the privilege of seeing them in LA and Las Vegas. And believe me you will not be disappointed. You get your money's worth and then some. I love how they also interact with ARMY during their shows.

If the contract allows he may pursue additional collabs once he's done with enlistment. Demand to work with him is off the charts in the West. Audacy Live and several iheart radio live performances are fantastic. I recommend both of those. I especially love the iheart ones. Just him and the mic with live band.
To fully appreciate Jungkook, you need to dive into BTS. He is their main vocalist, and they are the most incredibly talented and humble people in the industry. BTS music is so incredibly diverse, covering multiple genres and they are global superstars. Jungkook is an incredible singer/performer/dancer and his solo album Golden is a masterpiece, but he himself will always say "I am Jungkook of BTS".

BTS ARMY fans you will have to wait until the latter half of 2025 to see them (BTS) in concert. it will probably actually be 2026 when they start their world tour after they all finish serving their mandatory military service in South Korea. The oldest member Jin will be discharged from the military in June of this year. He then has until the rest of the members are discharged to finish his solo album do any touring and live performances as a solo act.
He was originally supposed to be the last one to release a solo album anyway! But did not have time to finish yet could only release one solo song before he maxed out his age limit to enlist in the military in December 2022. BTS renegotiated their third contract with the music label another eight years with the company to begin in June 2025. No more solo albums for the foreseeable future as they will be on a massive comeback to recording and performing live after military service and going on a massive 3rd or 4th world tour world tour. Have no worries though since June 2013 every member has had solo songs on BTS albums and solo performances and concerts. The three rappers released a total of five individual solo mix tapes! Add their first full solo albums in 2022 and 2023! BTS members have also had solo project songs for movies and television shows in Korea! They even had a song in the marvel studios movie The eternals and if you saw the movie and listened closely you would have heard BTS mentioned in the movie. But they have 10 years of content that you can watch right now on UA-cam, it HYBE corporation website HYBE labels subsidiary of HYBE corporation website Bangtan TV BTS channel all their previous live streams on weavers variety shows RUN BTS In the Soup and Bon Voyage.

The only songs that have gotten any radio play at all have only been those that are fully English language songs.
