I forgot to mention that this film was written by the WHITE WOMAN, Dana, who stands to my right and probably your left, on the picture of the (2) white women on set towards the end of the video! A BIG shoutout to her for her contribution, research, dedication, & action. Ms. Viola is also a producer on this film. Talk about Women Empowerment!!? This film is a great example of that!
Based on a true story about a female warrior group called the "AMAZONS" and the Zulu culture, The Woman King and their star-studded cast bring to life the ups, downs, tragedies, and victories of a lost civilization. Shedding light on just how far people are willing to go to dominate, control, and live luxuriously.
