Wow, all mouthwatering. I love your videos. You really know how to present a good food vlog video. The reactions are on point and your personalities are ones that will really make a business owner give you free food. Very evident you're nice people.
FYI: Iloilo City was awarded by UNESCO for Creative City for Gastronomy . For the unique style and flavor of the foods.
Not surprising at all Iloilo is an amazing city, we loved the food so much😋🤤
the food in iloilo is actually quite basic and very simple. it's delicious but really not that unique
@@goodwillhumping7331 its how they cook it that really makes a difference.
Thank you for visiting Iloilo City. The place a lot of more to offer. If you have change, hope you visit here again and explore the local areas. Nice presentatio. Keep safe!
We agree, Iloilo has so much to offer. We loved visiting and exploring the city, it really is lovely, especially the river walk! We'll definitely be back again someday. Thanks for watching and commenting 😊
Love the seafood resto variety that was very out of ordinary interesting fusion at the end of the video
That's huge slab of grilled liempo you have over there! I can imagine myself eating that with the fresh lumpia (ubod) and some clear fizzy drink. Some (spicy) papaya or radish atchara would go nicely with the grilled pork too.
I'm dreaming of pancit molo with a dozen dumplings as a rainy weather comfort food, along with some chunky empanada.
Nice vid. See you two next meal! ✨️🫰🏻🫶🏻
Ooo those would go nicely with the liempo you're so right, especially the radish. We dream about this liempo everyday😂🤤😋 thanks for watching and commenting, Cris! See you next meal 😉
Thank you very much sir/ma'am for promoting us for the tourist, would go to visit our own country that they will never visit at all for Filipinos and to other countries. Thank you again to both of you, may your channel getting strong and more blessings and power.

That looks good and usually crunchy. The barbecue grill looks like the rotisserie they’re using for chicken. That’s a nice business. They’re good with rice. You guys make me hungry by watching you. I love the pork belly and the skin of the lechon.
The pork belly was truly insane, that crispy skin!! Thanks so much for watching and commenting😋🤤
2:01 The wanton wrapper is the pancit noodle. It's the same dough, just differently cut.
I like the version of pancit molo that has milk and chillies. Really adds more depth in flavor.
I had Sting ray adobo too in Leyte ,,i reallt like it.. my aunt didnt put coconut milk but sometimes in other provinces they do put coconut milk.. my goodness everything looks delish ..
Mmmm yes sting ray is quite delicious! It sounds like yours was tasty too😋 thanks for watching and commenting Cindy!

@@HungryTwoTravel No problem. My fiance and i have a small channel we have just started.
Molo soup is best paired with fried siopao or just plain mantao. Best eaten during rainy days.
Lemongrass is the BEST flavour. That coconut bowl is amazing. I’m going to do that when we are in Mexico.
We LOVE lemongrass as well, so good right!?
You definitely should! Especially with so much coconut available😉

The liempo marinade is just soy sauce, lemon and black pepper. You can also add lemon grass and garlic if you want. And if you want it alittle sweet, you can add some brown sugar or sprite to the marinade.
Wow Namet guid

My mouth was watering and waiting for that Rice. But no. No rice at all.
9:44 a lot of people that eat that would crave a spoonful of rice to offset the flavorful meat. Similar to people that drink milk to offset the sweetness of cookies or peanut butter and jelly sandwhich.
That's understandable, sometimes we like to just enjoy it as it is 😊 thanks for watching and commenting!
We got those same pork liempos all over the Philippines.
They're so amazing, aren't they? We loved it so much. Thanks for watching!

Which country is similar to Iloilo cuisine and culture?
Iloilo cuisine is a fusion of different cuisines like Spanish, Chinese, and Malay. Due to the influences of other cuisines, it develops its own flavors using the local ingredients available in the area. 😊
It must be hard to eat those hot soups in hot weather!
It's actually not too bad! Depending on the ingredients it doesn't heat you up a great deal ;)
Naga wakay man ang IMO nga sibuyas Kag bawang, luy a sang may Gisa ka, Kalain Lantawon daw pinabuang
Need to add egg noodles aside from wonton or molo dumpling & vegies to make it more inviting & exciting to eat!
Hey everyone!
