That's huge slab of grilled liempo you have over there! I can imagine myself eating that with the fresh lumpia (ubod) and some clear fizzy drink. Some (spicy) papaya or radish atchara would go nicely with the grilled pork too. I'm dreaming of pancit molo with a dozen dumplings as a rainy weather comfort food, along with some chunky empanada. The liempo marinade is just soy sauce, lemon and black pepper. You can also add lemon grass and garlic if you want. And if you want it alittle sweet, you can add some brown sugar or sprite to the marinade.
