For example I’ve been to alot of casinos where a lot employees see me recording and don’t say anything and then all of a sudden some dumb security/employee will hassle me and tell me it’s not allowed. Personally even if I know recording isn’t allowed I give it a go anyway and if I get stopped I leave the casino right then and there!

What I mean is that some casinos straight up allow recording, others like you said require permission, and some are really anal about not allowing recording. thats bull about recording because I have watched like 4 other people record their sessions. you need to talk to management about that.
