Good point. The price is fixed for the fixed scope. If they increase scope the price will also increase. In waterfall requirements are clear and scope is not altered so the cost is fixed for the initially agreed scope.

@shahidsoc it means - In XP there are few "practices" like in Scrum: User Stories, Demo, Decompose the work from requirements (Epics to user stories to tasks), incremental delivery and iterative delivery. Then you have XP specific practices like Themes, Quality, weekly iterations slack, pair programming etc to ensure you focus on improving the quality of code.
