Such good advice I use to have my own residential cleaning business I was the main cleaner and know people that clean their own air bnb and considered it but I’m just hearing how much more work it is soo I’m thinking thru a fair pay for myself if i I’ll do this instead bc I chose to quit cleaning many years ago and so glad to hear you fight for your cleaners in making sure they can make a living 💪
Good point! I have been wondering about how I would schedule my cleaners so they have jobs throughout the day to sustain themselves. How do you go around str cleaners working only from 11-2/3 O'clock? Paying them more for the shorter hours?
We guarantee that the same days will get done on time, we communicate to our hosts that if it is not a same day, their unit will be done before 3Pm the next day, some companies before 11pm. That's our policy we operate by. You dont have happy workers struggling to survive on a half days work, generally moms, and possibly having a second job... then the owner will struggle because the good cleaners will leave for a better more stable job... then the owner of the cleaning biz will lose their mind constantly hiring and not getting paid for it because hiring people to do str cleaning is a job in itself. Or the owner will do crapy job or just quit. First hand experience, repeated over and over again by most hosts and cleaning biz relationships in the industry and its not a successful plan.

It is a lot more work, but if systematized it gets much easier, its just get you processes in order. Thank you for your comment.
