I had never been more excited for an update before! I was constantly checking if it came out almost daily lol. And truth be told, the vector layer and the history retrieval functions have come in very handy. I just wish we could move the progress bar in the playback so we don't have to watch all the playback to get to the point where we want to create the IPV file
This update is getting better and better
The one about the one-time payment was not very “better”.

Im also hoping for it, it could be even better than flipaclip, even tho you have to pay premium for it.
wishing 1.3 comes with audio inport for the animation feature and being able to copy and paste without changing an layers info 💔
People want:
1) Png brushes (own brush shape)
2) Add sound to animation
3) Fix lags and remove timelapse watermark
4) Watch ad for vector layer instead of the 1 hour limit
5) 3D models
6) Import videos for animations
7) Add another option for animation (since for save video, it saves the animation, not the process of making the animation like in regular drawings.)
People dislike:
1) The black ibispaint being not worth the money
2) The glitches and lag
the 4th one could just be fixed by using a modded version though

You are geniuses, the best drawing (Animation and editing) app on the market and so simple to use
Why is buying ibis paint black so useless, u only have the banners gone, all of the other features are subscription based

@@aronanims8434 I don't know about windows, but I bought it on Android two years ago, and the only thing I noticed is that the ad banners are gone, and using all the available brushes. The cloud storage is still so bad and unusable, the rest of the premium features are subscription based

⚠️ if you are having problems with vector layers appearing randonly:
pay attention! Maybe the problem is that you didn't see the new brushes that were added
brushes like: dip pen vector, and others related to vector layers....if you use them, a vector layer will be created automatically!

It really does work! Although it scared me when it was acting like my Prime membership was no longer usable for a few hours that night, haha!
I wish rather than 1 hour a day for the vector layer feature, how about using ads to unlock it like the brushes.
But it's nice that free users get atleast an hour but it's not that much to be honest.

The animation tool is wow but there is a biggest lack of audio option. So please try to add the tool. Please!
Pls Add a new feature of Making brushes.. and yes You already have the update customize brushed but what we really want is creating brushes by importing images or drawing for our own brushes in a specific size of canvas brushes just like how Clipaart or Medibang and still had a function of Qr codes..😊
I've waiting for new features about color mixing and custom PNG brushes

I wish there was a folder button for different projects in the my gallery so you could organize everything. Just having it staring at you especially if you have many unfinished projects is a little overwhelming to finish them.
Please make a backups for downloaded brushes! And also backups for when we could accidentally delete the app or switch devices 🙏

Because black ibis paint only removes ads, which are no big deal to begin with.
Everything is great about the vector layers, but why limit the use of this in the free version to a single hour 😞!? Can't it work like the brushes and have 18 for ads?

It probably should have replaced the normal layer.
vector art to my knowledge has limitations, like no airbrush (to my knowledge, I haven't used it in the app yet) so both are very handy 👍

I had fun experimenting with the vector pen, just needs time getting used to. but I do have a problem with one of the tools… Is there a way you can update/fix lasso tool? Whenever i would use airbrush on it, it comes out pixelated and not smooth 😢

If I can request two things for a future update, if for animation you implemented the ability to add audio that you can animate over, and that you can add an option so that you can make what you do to a layer on one image will make the same layer for all other images do the exact same thing so I dont have to go through every frame and individually add, hide, or change layer opacity and type, that would be amazing!!! And I would literally never use any other animation program ever again
Can you add an option for the reference window to have a fixed position outside the canvas and not follow around. Would be really convenient

Earlier, I was at school drawing on Ibis Paint X, like I always do. But then I noticed some yellow like chick thing run through the menu screen, and when I clicked it, there was a minigame. Is this intentional?

this update was so small and just vector layer can help for drawing and any change or features i can't feel I actually had much expect from this update but is was so....little , just 3 new feature , It was not at all comparable to the 11 version
It requires a lot of work to add these features... don't be selfish and don't complain like that be respectful they are not slaves
I just want they advance, I don't tell they are slave in addition I just say is was small update I don't say was bad , vector layer is so helpful ,but I just say I given them much idea they can add in 1.12 but I Wait for 1,13 or something..I don't complain so much I just little got dispointed ,nothing more
How the heck do you remove them 😭 cuz every time i draw on a normal canvas it just a vector layer and i cant draw on the regular canvas

線一本一本を一つのレイヤーのように扱うことができるようにすると、線の時はまだ問題は少ないけど、色塗りを始めたとたんに処理が重なって重くなりすぎると思う。
そうなると、少し古いスマホやタブレットなどでアイビスペイントが使えないという問題が発生する。

There is a problem with the vector feature. It worked well at first, but later there were so many points on the line that I could no longer use it as it should.😢

So is the windows version new or is it just a new update that includes the windows version? Are primium features included in the one time payment for the windows version?
Also, something I've been wanting regarding animation is the ability to add a sound track so that I can sync up my animation properly if possible. Not sure how possible it is, and I dont expect it anytime soon, but it would be nice.
Tested it. If u buy one time payment u lose fonts, canvas, and materials. :/ So you're forced to get the subscription if you want those things

I’d like to suggest a new feature!! If we accidentally delete our artwork,is it possible to restore it back? Like a recently deleted folder in gallery where we can recover the picture after deleting it

Hey it would be could to improve tablet "settings" (don't know how to say it)
- For example with XP pen i can't have stylet shortcuts just one work, plus i can't see my crosshair when i don't touch the tablet's screen

Is ther a way yo turn off vector layer? Because every time I wanna draw on a different layer it just adds a vector layer and it stops me from using clipping mask

You can disable it in the settings of the brush you are using. When configuring the minimum and maximum brush size, there is an option for vector.

I’m having a BIG problem with the vector tool so when I’m editing my gacha pics it automatically adds a vector layer and I can’t make blood and it does it on the exact same layer I’m doing the blood on like today I was editing gacha (I can’t finish it) it added a vector thingy and made it so I can’t do my gacha blood please make it so that we can get rid of the vector layers and we can turn them into normal layers thank you for reading I hope you add the stuff.

Do you save it to your phone storage or SD card? Because I use an SD card and when the app accidentally closes before I save it, all my works are still retrievable

Guys, are ads on ibis paint x safe? I keep mis clicking them and sending me to different sites
I don't think the app affects whether they're safe of not. Just keep in mind internet safety principles like not entering personal information on websites you aren't familiar with and you should be fine! ^__^
Like most ads, it usually caters to what you do/what your preferences are when you use your device. When I accidentally click the ads banner it usually takes me to Shopee and other online shopping apps and sites
All in all they are legit ads, and I don't think I've ever been sent to suspicious sites or anything like that
