- We all know that wings work to create lift. This phenomenon can be explained using the Bernoulli's Principle or Newton's 3rd Law of Motion. Each explain lift as well as the other, but in this video we will examine how Newton's 3rd Law of Motion can be used to demonstrate lift. Specifically how lift is caused by the pushing and pulling air downward. We also examine the Coanda effect and the role it plays in creating lift.

this channel is CRIMINALLY underated, this is the best video i found cmplaining lift
Hey! Good video I like how short and to the point it was. Good explanation regarding Newton's 3rd Law, very easy to understand. Did not touch on the pressure-velocity fields surrounding the airfoil. Air moves faster on the top of airfoil (not due to equal transit time) and creates a pressure gradient that also pushed the airfoil upward. Coanda effect is also only applicable to jet flows and the air in the atmosphere acts as a continuum, so it is not applicable. The air stays attached to the surface because otherwise there would be no matter and acts like a vacuum. Overall good job, but there are multiple theories to lift not just conservation of momentum.
Finally another vid :D
Thanks for watching. Much appreciated!
That makes sense...
cool
pls come back
Not gonna lie dude
You're quite good at this
These are some simple yet rare concepts for pre college students
So who are you
You should make these videos more often if you can
Btw
I'm your 10th like on this video
Thanks for the like. I'll try to post more often.
Yes, yes, yes, the airplane is “ lifted” airborne not sucked airborne. Newton’s 2nd and 3rd laws apply.
No you need io explain in simple words
