Pleeaase fix your enchanting setup! It requires 15 bookshelves to get lvl 30 enchantments and the bookshelves can't be blocked. When you tested with the 9 bookshelves, it was only lvl 12

just becasue your shown 3 differnt enchantment doesn't me it's full, if you look at the number beside the bottom enchantment then you'll see the enchanting level, when it was 9 bookshelves it was only level 12...
