I bought my Creatista Plus less than a year ago and already had it repaired twice by Nespresso. Now that they are no longer able to repair it, I'll be getting my money back. They offered to replace it and maintain the 1 WEEK of warranty. Not interested in being ripped off. Nespresso told me (more than a few times) that Australian law does not fit with their policies and procedures. I'm sure the ACCC will be interested in that. If you are thinking of getting a coffee machine don't choose one of these 5 - the best of the crap you should not buy is hardy a useful review. Opinion = Overpriced junk.

We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.
