This is so amazing to see and a walk down memory lane. My grandparents were Wes & Lessie Britain. Spent many holidays & summers there. Loved swimming in the creek, fishing, etc. Loved finding arrowheads behind the old house when the small field was tilled. Rode my horses (Lady, Prince & Princess) all over and up the road to the Lee's place (back in the 70's). Got my first basketball into the hoop with cousin Kyle. Mr. Cameron, who restored the mill, made me all kinds of wooden items. I still have my hope chest. Thanks for the great video!!
I enjoyed spending time with your dad. I love this little mill too. When I was a kid I would swim in Turnback Creek just downstream from the mill. Thank you for watching my video, there are more mill videos in production....

It's a great little mill. I used to swim in the creek in high school.

Nice report on my favorite mill in MO! (It’s my parents’ property).
